Introduction

The location of an industrial enterprise in the selected territory should be determined by the regional planning project and the master plan of the populated place.

When designing industrial buildings, it is necessary to strictly observe and take into account both the production process and the creation of optimal working conditions.

The process diagram is compiled by a specialist technologist of this industry, determines the dimensions of the building, its saturation with technological and transport equipment. The peculiarities of technological processes of production of enterprises of various industries are reflected in the architectural solution of the entire enterprise and its buildings.

The internal environment of production and the proper organization of the workplace are of paramount importance for the creation of the necessary sanitary and hygienic conditions and the safety of production.

Despite the fact that at present the main emphasis is on the reconstruction of enterprises, industrial construction remains the main economic task of the country and needs to be considered.

When designing production buildings, industrial enterprises, it should be taken into account that in accordance with the technological process and the related certain mode, the nature of the loads, as well as other operational features, they are in specific and, as a rule, less favorable conditions than civilian buildings.

The course design of an industrial building should give practical confirmation that the space-planning composition of industrial buildings of industrial enterprises is primarily determined by the production process for which the structure is intended.

Production processes, as a rule, require strictly defined height of premises, dimensions of spans and steps of bearing structures, determined by arrangement of technological equipment, nature and movement of internal transport, size and direction of raw materials and finished products movement. Various technological processes require a certain sanitary and hygienic solution of the premises, which includes temperature and humidity, providing the necessary level of illumination in the areas of workplaces, and sometimes certain color solutions. Production buildings are usually equipped with continuous systems of engineering equipment. All this has a decisive influence on the organization of their spatial structure.

In addition, production buildings are solved in direct connection with specially equipped premises for consumer services of workers at the enterprise, the composition of which also depends on the nature of production processes.

It is necessary to start the development by studying the process flow diagram of the entire enterprise, which is a graphical representation of the functional relationship between all production processes.

Architectural and structural section of the workshop

In this course project, an industrial building is designed that requires great flexibility of space, which imposes certain restrictions on the adoption of a structural scheme. It shall provide the basic function of the building. Such problems can be solved using a framework that does not limit "internal" processes.

Thus, we accept the structural scheme: the frame (a clean frame - in the transverse direction, columns and a crossbar provide).

In plan, the building has dimensions of 60x33 m, with a column pitch of 6x6. Prefabricated frame, reinforced concrete. The foundation under the columns is reinforced concrete stepped. Depth of foundation laying corresponds to depth of seasonal ground freezing.

The coating was carried out with 30 meter reinforced concrete trusses. The building is designed with an internal drain. Lighting is provided naturally through tape glazing.

Abk

The ABK building is designed as a frame with the main grid of columns 6x6.6x3.

The height of the floors of auxiliary buildings is 4.2 m. The flooring is carried out by multi-empty slabs. To build the framework, we accept columns of square section (50x50 cm), rectangular cross-bars are laid along them. Light ceramic concrete wall panels are adopted in the design of wall barriers.

Roof - coating slabs P6030. Partitions, designed brick, 120 mm thick.

Prefabricated frame, reinforced concrete. The foundation under the columns is reinforced concrete, stepped. Depth of foundation laying corresponds to depth of seasonal ground freezing.

The number of closed stairs in the auxiliary building is 2. The slope of the marches in the staircases is 1:2

Space-planning section.

The building is located on the territory provided for by the regional planning project. Along the entire length of the industrial building there is the possibility of access of fire engines. Two unloading loading ramps are provided. A sidewalk is arranged for pedestrian traffic along the main road. Parking is provided for individual transport.

SHOP

The unification of the solution of the building, seeks to obtain a relatively better volume planning solution, contributes to increasing the flexibility or versatility of the volume planning solution of the industrial building, which is important for accelerating scientific and technological progress. Increasing the versatility and flexibility of the building is achieved as a result of freeing space, due to increasing the column grid, due to increasing the height of the room.

In connection with the acceleration of scientific and technological progress, the problem of the durability of the building arises. If it is necessary to place another production in this case, then in this case the versatility of space-planning parameters is provided. In principle, the designed housing in the future can be converted to another production, since the space planning solution is not strictly subordinate to any technological process. The durability of the building in this case is not determined by the life of this type of equipment.

The space-planning solution in its form is very simple. The building is square in plan with parallel spans of the same width, which simplifies the design, increases the degree of assembly of structures, reduces the number of their types.

The degree of versatility of the building is increased. Space-planning solutions of the building allow the possibility of modernization of technological processes with replacement or rearrangement of machines and equipment without significant reconstruction of the building.

Abk

The structure of the administrative household building includes

premises of domestic (sanitary and hygienic) services;

medical facilities

catering facilities;

premises of cultural and mass services and public organizations;

Administrative offices.

ABK is located in a separate building and is connected to an industrial building heated by a passage. The transition is ground.

The distance between the ABK and the production building is 10 m. The number of evacuation exits from the ABK building is 2. The distance from any person's place of stay in ABK to the evacuation exit (staircase or exit outside) does not exceed 50 m.

External exits in the ABK building have vestibules with a depth of 2 m. In rooms with permanent workplaces, health centers, cultural services, a meeting room, in locker rooms, as well as in rooms for rest and eating, natural lighting is provided.

Since the ABK building is 2-storey, therefore, latrines, showers and washrooms are placed above rooms of the same purpose.

Sanitary facilities for workers, engineering and maintenance personnel engaged in production are designed depending on the groups of production processes.

The area of the premises and their equipment are taken according to the table of enlarged indicators depending on the number of employees and the sanitary characteristics of the production process.

Workshop latrines and rest rooms are located close to each other so that they can be used during regulated breaks during the shift. All these rooms are located in the most accessible places.
