Introduction
The purpose of this course design is to develop the main mechanisms of the automobile crane. It is required to calculate the load lifting mechanism, boom lifting and lowering mechanism, crane steel structure.
During the course design it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the crane operation principle and to learn the Rules for installation and safe operation of lifting cranes.
The input data is a combination of characteristics for which you need to design a given car crane.
Conclusion
In this course work, an automobile crane based on the MAZ car was designed. The prototype was the KS3577 crane.
During the design, the main crane mechanisms were calculated:
- LKRO double rope GOST 766980 of structure 6 36 of marking group 1578 MPa with diameter 19.5 mm for load lifting mechanism is selected. The drum is designed with a diameter of 350 mm. The axial-piston hydraulic motor 210.20 is selected according to TU 22344475, which has a useful power of 23.6 kW. Selected gearbox Ts2400 with a gear ratio of 50.94, power 25.7 kW.
- hydraulic cylinder with piston diameter of 250 mm and rod stroke of 1400 mm for boom lifting mechanism is designed. The axial-piston hydraulic pump of size 210.25 with nominal speed of 1200 rpm, nominal flow rate of 133.1 l/min, nominal usable power of 39.6 kW was selected.
The steel structure of the crane was calculated for strength. Crane - for stability.
The designed automobile crane complies with the Rules for arrangement and safe operation of lifting cranes.
