Introduction

The gearbox is an integral part of modern equipment. The variety of requirements for gearboxes predetermines a wide range of their types, sizes, design designs, gear ratios and assembly schemes.

The purpose of the course project is: to systematize, consolidate and expand theoretical knowledge, as well as to develop calculation and graphic skills.

Working on the project, we do the following: we give an analysis of the purpose and condition in which each designed part is located; we make kinematic calculations, determine the forces acting on the links of the unit, make calculations of structures for strength, solve issues related to the choice of material and the most technological forms of parts, think through the process of assembling and disassembling individual units and the machine as a whole. At the same time, we work with existing standards and norms, reference literature .
