Install worm wheel on H7/p6 shaft.

Journals of shafts for bearings are made with deviation of shaft k6. Deviations of openings in the case under external rings on H7.

11 Choice of oil grade.
Lubrication of engagement and bearings is performed by spraying of liquid oil. According to the tables, we establish the viscosity of the oil. At contact stresses Ϭn = 149 MPa and sliding speed Vs = 6.4 m/s, the recommended oil viscosity should be approximately 15· 106 m2/s. We take aviation oil MS22.
Bearing chambers are filled with plastic lubricant UT1, periodically replenish it with a syringe through press-lubricants.
