Typically, the initial data for the calculation run is:
F is the column capacity of the feed mixture;
xf - content of NC in the initial mixture ;
xp - content of NC in the product ;
xw is the content of NC in the bottom residue;
P is the pressure in the column.
Note: In practice, they are often set not by the pressure in the column, but by the pressure in the vapor space of the reflux meter.
