Introduction

The main tasks of graduation qualification work:

- develop an architectural and planning solution.

- in the design section, calculate the rafter coating system using software complexes.

- in the organizational and technological part, organize the construction processes.

The theoretical basis of the work is normative literature: SP, SNiP, GOST, various textbooks and manuals related to the field of construction and architecture.

The design of the design scheme from the core PEs in the LIRASAPR 2013 PC and the selection of sections in the LIRCTK subsystem, the graphical part of the work was carried out in the AutoCad 2013 environment.

Graduation qualification work is represented by three sections: architectural, design-design, organizational-technological. Explanatory note includes: introduction, main part, conclusion, list of used literature.

Conclusion

During the final classification work, the cafe building was designed along Komsomolskaya Street in Rubtsovsk. The life of the building is more than 40 years.

The project has developed a plan for the construction of a cafe building that meets all modern sanitary and technical standards.

The project is distinguished by its high architectural expressiveness, compared to buildings built in the 7080s, the selected color solution harmonizes well with other buildings. The comfort of people in the clinic premises is provided by the latest sound, heat and waterproofing technologies.

The territory of the facility is landscaped to all requirements and standards, on the adjacent territory of the facility there is a parking lot for cars in the amount of 8 places. On the territory there is also a recreation area with shops, modern sculptures.
