Introduction
Industrial buildings include buildings in which production and technological processes associated with the production of a certain type of products are carried out. By purpose, industrial buildings are divided into the following groups:
- Production, which are intended for the main production processes. These include rolling, blacksmith, mechanical assembly, etc., workshops.
- Auxiliary buildings required for auxiliary processes. These include repair, container, etc. buildings.
- Warehouse buildings intended for storage of raw materials, blanks, semi-finished products, finished products, etc.
- Transport, which include garages, electric locomotive depots, etc. buildings.
- Sanitary and technical buildings intended for maintenance of water supply, sewerage, etc. These are pumping stations, treatment facilities, reservoirs, water towers, etc.
- Auxiliary and plant-wide buildings, which include administrative premises, factory departments, canteens, medical centers, vocational schools, fire stations, etc.
On the territory of industrial enterprises, depending on their purpose, special structures are being built such as: tanks, gas tanks, cooling towers, racks, chimneys, etc.
For a specific production, the composition of buildings and structures located on the territory of an industrial enterprise depends on the purpose of the building, its specialization and capacity
The use of light and cellular concretes, thermally reinforced low-alloy and high-strength steels, aluminum alloys, cold-bent profiles, profiled steel flooring, tubular steel structures, polymer materials and products, wooden glued structures (manufactured industrially) will significantly increase labor productivity, reduce the cost of building production buildings.
Further improvement of the protection of the environment of agricultural zones and the environment inside buildings, the development of new methods for combating harmful emissions into the environment, transport and other noise, proper lighting of workplaces, ionization are all important tasks for architects and engineers of builders.
1. Design Input:
The topic of the course work: "Warehouse of bulk materials."

- Foundation depth: -1.650
- Freezing depth: - 1 m
2.1 Environmental protection is a global concern. Environmental protection measures are aimed at preserving, restoring natural wealth, rational use of natural resources and preventing the harmful impact of the results of economic activity of society on nature and human health. The essence of environmental protection is to establish constant dynamic harmony between developing society and nature, which serves it both as a sphere and a source of life.
Environmental protection includes:
• Limit drilling of wells into water within settlements until assessment of reserves and determination of the feasibility of drilling new wells;
• Organize an automated system for monitoring emissions of the most hazardous substances in the area;
• Elimination of natural landfills and reclamation of disturbed land. Disturbed soils should be reclaimed by special agricultural measures to prevent the development of erosion processes
• to equip places in settlements for temporary storage of household garbage with their subsequent removal to the landfill in compliance with sanitary standards;
• organize the collection of household garbage at the landfill;
• to plant as many green spaces as possible, which reduce noise and clear the air of carbon monoxide, and also it is necessary to leave as many trees and shrubs as possible, cutting them down only where necessary;
• It is necessary to isolate sewage waste to prevent ingress of garbage and other waste into them;
3. volumetric - planning solution.
Designed building: "Bulk material warehouse," designed for storage of bulk combustible materials in the amount of 1500tn.
The building in the plan has a simple shape with dimensions in the axes of 30 x 51 m. The pitch of the columns is 6 m. The span is 12 m wide. The height to the bottom of the supporting structures is 3 m. The height of the building is 6 m. According to the structural scheme, the building is framed with a transverse arrangement of the roof trusses. The thickness of the brick walls is 340mm. Thickness of brick partitions is 120 mm .
The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the connection of the coating plates with the rafters, which in turn are connected by means of cement sand and welding. Prefabricated reinforced concrete coating forms a reliable horizontal disk, ensuring the joint operation of all walls.
Natural lighting is provided through window openings in the administrative extension and anti-aircraft lights in the warehouse building, which make up approximately 50% of all walls of the administrative building, and can ventilate the building if windows are opened, ventilation of the warehouse building is carried out by opening anti-aircraft lights. Artificial is adopted by using electroluminescent lamps operating from a voltage of 220V.
Evacuation of people from the premises is carried out through the doors of the gate. Doors on the escape route (under fire safety conditions) open in the direction of exit from the building .
All types of work are carried out in 1 shift. Dressing rooms, showers, washroom, toilet, dining room and rooms are provided for engineering and technical workers, small maintenance personnel, the head and shift craftsmen. Only men and 44 people work in the building, cleaning is done by men for whom everything is provided in the administrative building.
5 .technological part of the project.
Storage of large quantities of combustible bulk materials is carried out in special mechanized warehouses.
The development of mechanical devices for continuous transportation and quick loading and unloading allows you to switch to storing loose materials in them with placers. Bulk storage is free of intermediate packaging and packaging operations and increases storage capacity.
Dump trucks deliver bulk materials from the quarry, unloaded in bulk to the warehouse. The distance between heaps is from 3 m.
Loose materials are loaded by overhead cranes.
6. main structural elements of the building.
Foundation - prefabricated reinforced concrete foundations for columns, according to series 1.4121, grade 1F with section 1, 5m * 1, 5m. Foundation beams with a length of 5, 95 m according to the series 1.415.1-1. Columns are picked up for K 1.424.1-5 series 7.2 m long and section 300х300. Trusses are selected with a length of 12 m. According to the series 1.424.1-5. Walls - of brick 340 mm. Wall panels 300mm according to the series 1.456.120, GOST 227001.277, GOST 2270.177 * Partitions - from brick 120 mm, with reinforcement every 5 rows. Coating - prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs with a height of 300mm of two sizes: 3m * 6m and 1.5x6. The roof is rolled, of three layers of ruberoid. Floors - cement sand and made of ceramic tiles. Windows - metal plastic opening individual. Doors - wooden internal, according to GOST 662988, GOST 662988 and GOST 2469881 metal fire protection,. The gate is metal, with an auto-opening mechanism, 3.7m high, and 4.0m wide individual.. Drainage from the roof is internal.
Crossing points the reinforced concrete national teams 3 types of the sizes on serii1038.11v15.
6.1 internal finishing.
External decoration - ceramic facing brick. The roof is rolled, of three layers of ruberoid. The interior decoration of the walls is in the production areas and lines, the walls are painted with lime, wallpaper is glued in the classrooms, and ceramic shower tiles are in the bathrooms, washbasins. The floors correspond to the finish of the walls, i.e. where the walls are painted with lime, there are concrete floors, and in all other rooms there are floors made of ceramic tiles.
