1. General provisions
1.1. This working project contains the main solutions for electrical clockwork based on the clock microprocessor station EuroTime Center (ETC) 24 R and the secondary pulse clock of the SLIM series.
1.2.The present working design is developed on the basis of the Technical Assignment for the Creation of Engineering Support Systems of the Information and Computing Complex in the building of JSC Gazneftugol.
1.3. Design Input:
- number of radio correction devices 1
- number of primary hours 1
- number of secondary hours 10
1.4. The designed system of electrochoasification is organized on the territory of the building of JSC Gazneftugol.
The designed electrical clockwork system provides:
• automatic output of data to the secondary clock with radio correction from the world time standard;
• possibility of prospective development of the system (increase in the number of secondary hours,).
The block diagram of an elektrochasofikation is submitted on the drawing 23CC4.C1.
The function chart of an elektrochasofikation is submitted on the drawing 23CC4.C2.
The location of the equipment and conductings is presented on 7 sheets 23CC4.C7.
2. Process Solution
The following devices are used in the project:
2.1. GPS 3048A Advanced Accuracy Radio Correction Device
GPS radio with active antenna for external mounting (Ø 80 x H 190 mm), with 30 m RF cable from antenna to receiver unit (cannot be increased).
Connecting cable from receiver to clock station 15 m (can be extended > 15 to 200 m).
Receiver unit in metal housing for internal wall mounting (W 164 x V 110 x G 50 mm). Output: TCIP on RS 422 interface. Selection of time zones with calculated winter/summer transition time.
Power supply from HN 425, MTC or CTC, or from external battery 18 - 72 V.
2.2. ET 24 R (BP ETC R) - Primary clock with two secondary pulse clock control lines/MOBALine, four programmable relay channels and built-in battery of active power reserve.
Each secondary clock control line is tuned to operate with pulse clocks (24V/1000 mA minute multipolar pulses) or with self-aligning clocks controlled by MOBALine (700 mA).
Pulse secondary clock control lines are programmed to output minute, half-minute, second pulses or DCF code.
Four programmable relay channels with switching contacts (230V/10A).
Easy control due to the friendly interface of the rusified menu, alphanumeric LCD backlit display.
Input for a DCF 450 or GPS 3048 receiver.
RS serial port 422 (NMEA protocol, TSIP) for communication with a GPS receiver (GPS 3048).
Serial port RS 232 for issuing periodic serial ASCIIexchange files (IF 482 format).
Automatic seasonal time transfer. Store 80 time zones. Each input and output can be mapped to its own time zone. Transfer of local time via MOBALine (selection from 20) with corresponding seasonal table.
Overall dimensions: width x height x depth = 88 × 483 × 80 mm
Power supply: 85250 V, 50 Hz, < 60 VA
3. Design solution
3.1. Architectural and construction part
The placement of the primary clock is provided in accordance with the approved Technical Assignment in room No. 404 of the building of JSC "Gazneftugol" with installation in the rack. Secondary clocks are placed according to equipment and posting plans.
3.2. Power supply networks
Power supply of the primary clock is provided from the existing power supply system (electric network with voltage 220 V (+ 10%, 15%,), frequency 50 Hz).
There is a capacity reserve.
3.3. Heat supply
Heating of room No. 404 allocated for the placement of primary hours is carried out from the existing heating systems of the building.
3.4. Air conditioning and ventilation
Room No. 404 is equipped with an air conditioning unit with a capacity of 2KW.
3.5. Grounding
To ground the primary clock, the design provides a bus installed in room No. 404, which is connected to the existing ground loop by cable PV310. Existing earthing loop meets PUE requirements.
5. Environmental protection
5.1. The working project was developed in compliance with health standards, using equipment that does not emit harmful substances into the environment and does not produce noise exceeding permissible standards.
6. Fire safety and security alarms
№.1.3. Uninterrupted power supply of APSE is provided from the UPStation GXT 2000RT device envisaged by this design.
№.2. Heating and ventilation.
No. 2.1 Heating of room No. 6 allocated for accommodation of the equipment of the designed APSE is carried out from the existing heating systems of the building.
№.2.2. Due to the fact that the heat emissions from the process equipment of the designed ATSE are approximately 1KW, the enterprise of Kuzbassugol Management Company, room No. 6, is equipped with an air conditioning unit with a capacity of 2KW.
No...3. Grounding.
No.. 3.1.For the grounding of APSE equipment, the design provides a bus bar (steel strip 40x4) laid along the wall of room No. 6, which is connected to the existing grounding loop by cable PV316.The existing grounding loop meets the requirements of PUE
5.6. Environmental protection
5.6. The working project was developed in compliance with health standards, using equipment that does not emit harmful substances into the environment and does not produce noise exceeding permissible standards.
Fire safety and security alarms
5.1.1.No special measures for fire and security alarms are provided by this project. The company of JSC "Kuzbassugol" room No. 6 is equipped with a local fire extinguishing system and OU5 fire extinguishers.
5.1.2. Fire safety during premises operation is ensured by the following measures:
compliance with standard distances from workplaces to evacuation exits;
earthing device;
Selecting cable tags, wires, and how they are routed
selection of inserts of circuit breakers for protection of electric networks against short-circuit and overload currents.
5.1.3.Installation and installation of equipment shall be performed in accordance with this design. Technical description of the equipment and operating instructions.
6. Fire safety and security alarms
6.1. Special measures for fire and security alarms are not provided by this project.
Room No. 404 is equipped with automatic (with sensors and module) fire extinguishing system and fire extinguishers.
6.2. Fire safety during premises operation is ensured by the following measures:
