Boundaries of the designed area shall be accepted according to the Act of location selection

location of the land plot (decision of the Svetlogorsk Executive Committee

Land plot designed to house the Center

banking services located in the Oktyabrsky microdistrict in

central part of Svetlogorsk.

The Banking Services Centre is designed to provide appropriate services

the population of the Oktyabrsky microdistrict and residents of the city of Svetlogorsk.

The functional capacity of the facility is provided by 17 employees

Construction of the designed facility is carried out in one

the queue. For people with limited mobility, the project

a set of measures according to the existing TNAP is provided.

The design of the CCU is developed taking into account the requirements of the current

regulatory and technical framework.

Master Plan

The projected site is located at the intersection of the street. Sverdlova

and st. Them. 50th anniversary of October in the central part of Svetlogorsk on

territory of the Oktyabrsky microdistrict. The relief of the site is calm

middle part. The designed building has the following structural

- prefabricated partitions.
