Additional information

Purpose of the system.

The system of automatic fire alarm and warning of people about a fire is designed to detect the source of fire, to report the place of its occurrence. The security alarm system is designed to detect unauthorized penetration into protected premises. The access control system is designed to distinguish between the access of employees and customers to various premises. The video surveillance system is designed for visual observation of the current situation in the premises and outside the building with video recording.

4. Composition of the system.

AFS, ECSS, OTS, HV, PRZ systems consist of:

Operation of the alarm system.

The security alarm system is based on the Phobos 3K terminal device of the Phobos3 notification transmission system. Outputs of PCP relay of ARK1,2 devices are connected to loops of Fobos3K terminal device. For structure of connection of safety and alarm loops, refer to RP 01.08.07 APS, OTS, HV, PRZ, sheets 1.5.

The system operation is based on constant monitoring of alarm loops. The operating principle of the device is based on the resistance control in the SB. Any change in the resistance value caused by mechanical damage of the SB or the actuation of the detectors installed in it, exceeding the specified limits, leads to the transition of the device from standby mode to another mode.

The security system is organized as follows:

1. External windows and doors are blocked for opening by magnetic contact detectors IO 10216, IO 102-20

2. External windows are blocked for violation of sound protection area (breaking) by Astra-S sound broadcasters

3. Rooms No. 2 (lobby), No. 3 (registry), No. 5 (server) No. 6 (corridor), No. 7 (work room), No. 8 (cassette 1), No. 9 (cassette 2), are blocked for violation of the volumetric protection zone of IR by Astra-5 detectors.

4. In rooms No. 8, No. 9 (cash register) there is an alarm made on the basis of "KNF1" alarm buttons, electronic traps sensor of the last bill and doll Doll-L .

5. Magnetic contact detectors IO10220, surface security detector Shorokh-2 and electronic trap sensor of the last bill are provided in the safe.

6. The ATM has magnetic contact detectors IO10220, surface security detector Shorokh-2 and alarm button KNF1.

7. The lock for transfer of money is blocked by magnetocontact announcers of IO10220.

8. To access the safe and the gateway for money transfer, the cashier removes the SH 8 from the security by dialing a secret code on the C2000KS keyboard.

9. To access the ATM of collectors, the security guard removes 9,10 from the security, in the event of an attack, an alarm button hidden inside the ATM is provided.

10. For notification of an attack on the guard, wearable radio signals of the RBU control with a drop sensor and the "KNF1" alarm button at the guard station are provided.

11. "KNF-1" alarm buttons are provided in each cash register for notification of an attack on cashiers

Security mode during working hours physical security and alarm buttons, at night centralized security console. During non-working hours, signals shall be output to the console both from the cash register unit and from perimeter protection.

7. Operation of the access control and control system

The access control and control system is based on Bolid equipment. The decision to access or prohibit entry to premises No. 5 (server), No. 7 (work room), No. 8.9 (cash desks) is made by access controllers C20002 based on data received from readers C2000Proxy., that is, when bringing a contactless plastic car point to the reader. Exit is performed by pressing EXIT button. For emergency door opening, door unlocking buttons are provided, one disguised as IPRI, the second behind the suspended ceiling in the form of a circuit breaker.

All access controllers are integrated into the common system via the RS485 interface line. Signal 20P SMD device, which monitors fire alarm loops, is also connected to the system via the interface line. All information arrives on the C2000M control panel and the integrated system of protection Orion.

Door finishers are installed on all doors of controlled rooms.

8. Operation of the video surveillance system

The video surveillance system is based on the Samsung SHR2160P digital DVR. Video and sound (for cash registers) are recorded on hard drives. The image is output on a color 19 "video monitor.

To view the perimeter of the building and control the situation in front of the ATM, three street vandalized video cameras CVPDVFDN480SD are installed, Samsung SCC301P video cameras are used to monitor the situation inside the premises, Samsung SLV3080D variocal lenses are installed on the video cameras in the cash center.

The Samsung SHR2160P recorder is installed in the server room, the image from the video camera and from the video cameras installed in the lobby (2 pcs), the spare exit, the image and sound from the box office rooms, the image from the server, on the facade of the building and in front of the ATM. The image from the cameras reduced to the DVR is transmitted to the monitor installed at the security post. Sound recording is performed using MKU-M microphones.

The video stream from the DVR is transmitted to the local network of the bank and further to the Internet.

Grounding.

Protective grounding, within the scope of technical documentation requirements for instruments, shall be produced in accordance with the requirements of PUE, SNiP 3.05.06, GOST 12.1.030 and technical documentation of the manufacturer with a wire with copper cores with a cross section of at least 1.5 mm2 (the grounding loop is provided by the Customer).

11. Health and safety measures

All electrical installation and test methods of protective equipment shall be carried out in compliance with the "Rules for technical operation of electrical installations of consumers" and "Safety rules for operation of electrical installations of consumers" of the State Energy Supervision and this project.

12. Marking.

Cables shall be marked at the points of approach to instruments and equipment. Wire pairs and loopback cables are marked by loopback numbers. Marking shall be wear resistant and easy to read (tags on wires).

13. System maintenance.

Scheduled maintenance and maintenance works (maintenance and maintenance) shall be carried out in accordance with the annual planning schedule, which is set taking into account the technical documentation of the manufacturers, and the terms of repair works. Maintenance and maintenance shall be performed by specially trained maintenance personnel or a specialized organization licensed under the contract. During maintenance or repair works related to plant shutdown (individual lines, detectors), the head of the enterprise shall take the necessary measures to protect against fire.

Employees at least 18 years of age who have undergone training, certification, safety training, who have received admission to independent work in the prescribed manner, are allowed to service. Electricians serving electrical installations shall be provided with protective means that have passed the corresponding laboratory tests.

Maintenance results shall be recorded in the operation log.

In accordance with RD 0090296, RD 009-01-96 system (installation) must be serviced without fail from the moment of its commissioning.

14. Task to the Customer.

To provide power supply with installation of a board to 4 automatic machines for 25A for food of security systems .

Provide a free telephone line to send notifications to the SSP.

Requirements of regulatory documents:

In accordance with item 14.1 of NPB 882001 *, the power supply of the plant should be carried out from the power source of category I reliability according to PUE (or from two independent power sources).

If there is one power supply source (at objects of power supply reliability category III), it is allowed to use accumulator batteries or uninterruptible power supply units as backup power supply source of electric receivers specified in item 14.1 NPB 882001 *, which must provide power supply to the specified electric receivers in standby mode for 24 hours and in "Alarm" mode for at least 3 hours.

If according to local conditions it is not possible to supply electric receivers from two independent sources, in agreement with the State Fire Supervision bodies, it is allowed to supply them from one source - from different transformers of a two-transformer substation or from two nearby single-transformer substations connected to different supply lines laid along different routes, with an automatic reserve input device, as a rule, on the side of the bottom voltage.

Requirements for fire station room or room with personnel on round-the-clock duty (NPB 882001 *):

12.53. The fire station room shall be located, as a rule, on the first or in the basement of the building. You can place the specified room above the first floor, and the exit from it must be in the lobby or corridor adjacent to the stairwell, which has direct exit to the outside of the building.

12.54. The distance from the door of the fire station or room with personnel on duty 24 hours a day, to the staircase leading outside, shall not exceed, as a rule, 25 m.

12.55. The fire station room or room with personnel on 24-hour duty shall have the following characteristics:

the area is usually not less than 15 m2;

air temperature within 1825 ° С at relative humidity not more than 80%;

availability of natural and artificial lighting, as well as emergency lighting, which must comply with SNiP 23.0595;

illumination of premises:

at natural illumination - not less than 100 lux;

from fluorescent lamps - not less than 150 lx;

from incandescent lamps - not less than 100 lx;

at emergency lighting - not less than 50 lux;

availability of natural or artificial ventilation according to SNiP 2.04.0591;

telephone communication with the fire department of the facility or settlement.
