Schematic designations of elements of sanitary devices on the drawings are accepted as per GOST 21.60203, GOST 21.20693, GOST 2.78496, GOST 2.78570.

General Instructions

The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other standards applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure the operation of the facility without danger to life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working drawings.

Calculations of ventilation systems were made in accordance with SNiP41.01.2003, SNiP210197, SNiP2-08-02-89.

All works envisaged by the design, such as installation, testing, insulation, painting, shall be performed according to SNIP3.05.0185, SNIP3.04.03.85.

Assemblies of intersection of building structures and communications with air ducts shall be specified in place.

When air ducts pass through internal walls and partitions, the design provides for casings providing free movement of air ducts with a gap of at least 15 mm, filled with non-combustible heat-insulating mother-ale.

Ventilation system adopted in the design exhaust with natural and mechanical inducement of air movement.

Forced exhaust ventilation is provided by exhaust ventilation systems: - B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B10, B11, B12.

In designed exhaust systems, channel fans of grades PKSH4020 and PKSH5030 are installed in a noise-insulated housing for rooms with increased noise requirements.

Channel Fan Air Performance:

- PKVSh4020 of Q from 400 to 1200 m3/hour.

- PKVSh5030 Q of 1000 do2500 m3/hour.

Connection dimensions of channel fans:

- PKSH4020 400mm. x 200mm.

- PKVSh5030 500 mm. x 300 mm.

Check air valves of KOL 4020 and KOL 5030 grades for channel fan are installed on air ducts of ventilation systems in front of channel fans to close the channel, in non-operating mode.

At the inlet to the air duct of the system, channel non-adjustable louver grilles made of aluminum alloys of grades RKA 4020 and RKA 5030 are installed for the channel fan.

Decorative intake grilles P25 with dimensions 100x100, 150x150, 200x200 are installed on the air ducts from below depending on the required flow section and size of the air duct.

Air ducts of ventilation systems are made of galvanized thin-sheet steel according to GOST 1990490, which are abnormal, and according to the size range of this project.

The length of the elevation and the attachment of the ducts are specified by the place of installation .

In the rooms of the bathrooms, ventilation is natural.

Ventilation is due to existing wall channels measuring 270mm. h140mm. through receiving louver grilles P150, connection to the wall channel occurs through the floor of the building.

The inflow of air into the rooms is not organized due to the opening of doors, window frames and infiltration of rooms.
