Introduction
An alternative to expanding the production of car spare parts is the secondary use of worn-out parts restored during repair. It is known that the part "aged" in a natural way is not subject to further changes in geometric parameters, and after restoration and mechanical processing this allows you to extend the life of its work compared to the new one at times. For example, abroad, the restoration and secondary use of crankshafts of engines of main tractors has long been practiced. In this regard, the repair technologies of parts should be based on such recovery methods that would allow not only to preserve, but also to increase the resource of the restored parts.
The restoration of automotive parts has become one of the most important indicators of the economic activity of large repair, specialized small enterprises and cooperatives. In fact, a new industry has been created - the restoration of worn-out parts.
Design Tasks
Calculation of the production program of Balakovsky PAK.
Development of the mechanical and locksite project, with determination of the annual scope of work, quantity and equipment nomenclature.
Definition of production areas of maintenance, maintenance and design areas.
Development of the process of repairing the KamAZ740 engine crankshaft, with a feasibility study of the restoration method, calculation of operation modes and technical rationing.
Design of a press for editing the crankshaft, with power and strength calculations.
Development of measures to ensure the safety of repair work on the site.
Calculation of technical and economic indicators.
5. Cost-effectiveness of the project
5.1 Service Description
The designed locksmith and mechanical section of the BPAK fleet is designed to provide the service of editing the crankshafts of the KamAZ ICE by straightening to third-party owners of vehicles, as well as to satisfy their own needs.
During the reconstruction, the area of the site was increased from 36 m2 to 50 m2.
Conclusion
In this diploma project, the technology of straightening the KamAZ engine crankshaft was considered and the technological calculation of the production base of the auto farm was carried out. In-depth development of the mechanical section and calculation of costs for its operation and normal operation were carried out. The cost-effectiveness of the organization of the KamAZ engine crankshaft correction service is calculated.
The technicality and safety of the work on the site were evaluated, all necessary measures to improve the working conditions of the personnel were developed. Low-waste resource-saving recovery technology has reduced environmental hazards and can contribute to natural resource savings. A hydraulic press for straightening the crankshaft was designed and its mechanisms were power and strength calculated.
