General part

The technical solutions adopted in the project comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other applicable norms and rules, and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided by the project.

The following regulatory and technical documents were used in the development of the project:

The initial design data was the approved design assignment and drawings submitted by the customer.

Description and characteristics of the object

The object is a four-story separate capital building.

Ceiling height in protected rooms up to 3 m.

The facility is located at the address of Baranavichy.

Key Technical Solutions

Selection of automatic fire alarm system (AFS) hardware was made on the basis of analysis of structural and construction characteristics and purpose of premises, taking into account requirements of technical specification, regulatory and guidance documents, tactical and technical characteristics and equipment cost.

The fire alarm is organized on the basis of the Orion automatic fire alarm, the equipment of which is installed at the security post on the ground floor.

The control of the fire alarm system (statement, removal, dumping of alarms, etc.) is carried out by the C2000 control panel. System status information is displayed on LCD display of "S2000" panel and on "S2000 BI" indication unit.

The automatic fire alarm system outputs control signals to activate the warning system by means of contacts of the Orion system instrument relays. The project provides for the output of "Fire" and "Malfunction" signals to the EMERCOM panel. There are also contacts for turning off ventilation.

Fire alarm is made using automatic fire smoke optic-electronic detectors IP 2125M and IP2125PS, thermal IP10503/2 and manual fire detectors AC05.

According to SNB 2.02.0201, a fire warning system with automatic launch of the SO-2 type is provided at the facility. Signal placards ASTO 12/1 with the inscription "Exit," light-and-sound placards ASTO12S/12 with the inscriptions "Exit/Fire" and ASTO12S/1 with the inscription "Fire" are used as warning devices. The warning system is controlled by Tango control unit .

Equipment placement

During installation of fire alarm system elements, refer to references on drawings, certificates and technical descriptions for used equipment and materials.

On watch on 1 floor (the place with constant stay of personnel) the system equipment is mounted: devices the Signal 20P SMD, C20004, the C2000 control panel, the block of indication S2000BI and a set of the notification of the Tango (Tango of PU) be on the ball 0.8-1.5m. The distance between instruments shall be not less than 0.05m.

Manual AC05 fire detectors are installed on escape routes and staircases at an altitude of 1.5 m from the floor level. Place the installation of manual fire detectors with signs according to GOST 12.4.009 and GOST 12.4.026.

Fire alarm system detectors shall be installed in all rooms except for rooms of bathrooms and thermal plugs.

Placards of ASTO with the inscription "Exit" and "Exit/Fire" are installed above evacuation exits at an altitude of 2.6m. ASTO placards with "Fire" inscription are installed as per drawings at 2.6m altitude

Electrical wiring

The fire alarm network is wired by KSPV 2x0.5. Wiring on walls and ceilings is protected by a box, behind the suspended ceiling wiring is performed in PVC pipe, and on staircases it is protected by metal pipe.

The light-and-sound indicators of the fire warning system are connected by the CVVP cord, the wire is branched through KO-4 boxes.

ATP components are combined via RS485 line by KSPV cable.

The main power supply of the equipment is carried out by the IWG cable and performed by the customer according to the task of the Special Automatics PCI.

Power supply of equipment

The fire alarm unit is a category 1 consumer and requires two independent power supplies.

Operating inputs 220V, 50Hz are supplied to power supplies of IRPA 124 BP.

Reserve food for devices the Signal 20P SMD and C20004 is carried out from batteries 12B, 18a/h - 2 pieces. and provides operation of fire alarm unit during 24 hours in standby mode and 3 hours in "alarm" mode (it is installed in power supply of IRPA 124 BP).

Backup power supply for installation of fire warning is performed from 12V batteries, 17a/h - 2pc and provides operation of the unit within 1 hour (it is installed in power supplies of IRPA 124 BP).

Security arrangements

PLANT MAINTENANCE

To protect maintenance personnel from dangerous voltages that may occur on electrical equipment housings as a result of insulation damage, the electrical equipment housings are provided for.

The electrical equipment shall be occupied by metal connection of its housings to the neutral of the power supply network of the objects, for which a separate third, protective conductor, laid together with wires of other purposes, is used. During works, refer to GOST30331.395 (IEC 36444192) "Electrical installations of buildings. Part 4. Safety requirements. Protection against electrical damage

General provisions

The project is implemented in compliance with the existing norms and rules and ensures explosion and fire safety of the plant operation in compliance with the measures stipulated by the project. The project was developed on the basis of contract No. 168/059253 dated 21.06.05. for the design of automatic installation of fire alarm, concluded with ISP Maslakova N.S.

The initial data for the design were the drawings provided by the Customer, the technical specification for the design and the main technical solutions for the security alarm of the facility.

Key Technical Solutions

The type of security alarm sensors is determined according to the appendix (Characteristics of protected rooms for designing object security alarm systems), agreed with the security department, and depending on the design of doors and windows, as well as the category of fire hazard, temperature and humidity of the protected rooms .

Space protection is provided by the ABAHTP ro sensor. The FG730 sensor is used for glass breaking. SMK1 sensor is used to open windows and to check transition doors. Entrance doors are locked by MHCRT shade sensors and MPS20 sensors.

Plug-in contacts of sensors to the 24-hour PSK area.

The interconnected detectors form loops, which are connected to the device of PPKOP A165124 type with subsequent output to the PCP. The A15512 instrument monitors the condition of alarm loops. All events occurring in the alarm unit are recorded by the equipment in real time and displayed on the remote panel of the instrument. In case of equipment malfunction, light and sound alarms are provided.

In the normal state, in the "test" mode, the control current flows through the OS loops. If the interlock is broken (door opening, glass breaking, etc.), the loop is de-energized and the device records the "alarm" signal transmitted to the PCP.

In case of operation of any of the OS loops, the A16512 device turns on the SOA4PS light-and-sound annunciator.

Setting of the device to "Security" mode and disconnection of this mode is performed by electronic key (teachmemory) with the help of access device installed outside the protected room at the front door of the service entrance.

Installation of equipment and electrical wiring

Security alarm sensors are installed on protected structures (windows, doors), according to departmental regulatory documents and in accordance with their technical characteristics. To install the PPKOP A16512-device in the office, on a wall in the place at the height of 1.8 m. from the floor level. Light-and-sound annunciator - set in place outside the room.

Wiring of the security alarm network is performed by 8x0,4 KSPV cable on walls and behind suspended ceilings open (with attachment to floors) and in the box; food 220B - PVS 3h1.5 wire; switching and control lines - 4x0.5 KSPV cables, 2x0.4 KSPV cables.

Power supply and grounding of equipment

The security alarm unit belongs to the 1st category of power supply. Main (operating) power supply 220V, 50Hz of A16512 device is performed by the Customer. Backup power supply is provided from 12V, 17 Ah battery installed in the device housing. Accumulator capacity provides operation of alarm equipment for at least 24 hours in standby mode and for at least 3 hours in "Alarm" mode.
