1. General part

This project is developed on the basis of the state contract No. xxxx in accordance with the approved Technical Assignment and Private Technical Assignment for the design and architectural and construction drawings of the facility provided by the Customer.

This project contains solutions for equipment by the Automatic Fire Alarm System at the facility, LLC XXX.

The project has been completed in accordance with the following regulatory documents:

-YD 7814593. Systems and complexes of security, fire and fire alarm. Rules of works execution;

- RD78.36.0032002. Engineering and technical strengthening. Security equipment. Requirements and design standards for the protection of facilities from criminal encroachments;

The technical requirements adopted in the project comply with the requirements of sanitary, environmental, fire and other standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided by the project.

2. Characteristics of the object

The project provides for the equipment of the Automatic Fire Alarm System with a voice warning about a fire of the third type in the building of LLC XXX.

Storey: 4 floors

Characteristics of rooms:

there are no heated, explosive rooms, no aggressive environment,

no dust and smoke,

air flow rate up to 1 m/s

Name of fire hazardous materials: wood, paper, plastic, equipment.

3. Purpose of SAS and main decisions made in the project

3.1.SAPS functions

Automatic fire alarm systems in the integrated system "ORION ABM" are as follows:

- recognition of double operation of detectors in one loop;

- protection against false actuations by automatic reset of detectors fed via a loop;

- connection of address detectors;

- measurement of dust, smoke and temperature values and graphical display of statistics on the monitor of the Automated Workplace (AWS);

- a set of statistics for the development of measures to improve fire safety, organization of maintenance;

- visual display on the plans of the premises for the location of detectors and devices, the most smoky detectors, temperature in controlled points, statistics for the day, for the month, for the year;

- check of serviceability of starting circuits for break and short circuit;

- transfer of office and disturbing messages on the C2000M control panel, with further transfer to "ORION the missile defense".

3.2.System composition

The composition of the system is as follows:

- address controllers of two-wire notification transmission subsystem "S2000KDL";

- address-analog smoke detectors "DIP34A";

- address tame fire announcers of "IPR5133A";

- address relay S2000SP2 blocks;

- RS232/RS485 interface converters with galvanic isolation "S2000PI";

- standby power supplies "RIP24."

Conclusion of signals of all alarm systems and information on operation of loops of the fire alarm it is brought to the C2000M control panel, with further information transfer on the automated automated workplace workplace ORION located on the first floor at a protection post.

As the reception and control device the panel of control and control of "C2000M" is used.

3.3.BASS equipment main functions

3.3.1. The C2000M device provides:

- monitoring of up to 127 devices connected to the console via RS485 interface;

- display of events occurring in the system on the liquid crystal indicator, storage of the event archive;

- alarm signaling on the built-in audio annunciator;

- control of taking/removal and monitoring of alarm loops condition from the panel;

-programming of devices configuration;

- restricting access to control functions and programming using passwords.

3.3.2.S2000KDL - controller of two-wire communication line provides:

- power supply of connected address devices via two-wire communication line;

- work with adresnoanalogovy smoke announcers of DIP-34A:

- setting of "Warning" pre-warning threshold and "Fire" threshold;

- setting of time zones "Day" and "Night" with assignment of thresholds "Attention" and "Fire" separately for each time zone;

- dusty level designation;

- transmission of notices "Maintenance required," "Attention," "Fire," "Fault."

- connection of the address tame fire announcer of IPR5133A;

- control of actuation mechanisms via the address relay S2000SP2 block;

- transmission of zone states and messages via RS485 interface to C2000 console or Orion AWS;

-tracing of short circuit in two-wire communication line.

3.3.4.S2000SP2 - address relay unit provides:

- power supply from two-wire communication line;

- control of two relays via controller S2000KDL from C2000 panel or computer; housing opening sensor;

-Luminary status indication.

3.3.5.S2000PI - interface converter with galvanic isolation.

- provides galvanic isolation of computer circuits and RS485 interface line; connection to PC of peripheral devices of Orion integrated security system, remote from it at a distance of up to 4 km; indication of data reception/transmission.

3.3.7. DIP34A - the announcer the firefighter adresnoanalogovy.

- early detection of fire;

- software setting of smoke levels "day";

- warning message "Attention";

- serviceability check;

- dust control;

- monitoring of current smoke concentration value;

- power supply via two-wire communication line from S2000KDL;

- light indication of standby mode, setting to "Fire" mode and malfunction;

- serviceability check by magnet.

3.3.8. IPR5133A - the announcer the firefighter manual address.

- ease of glass breaking - breaking into two halves at pressing;

- absence of additional actions - actuation in case of glass fault;

- power supply via two-wire communication line from S2000KDL;

- light indication of state, "Fire" mode;

-operability of operational key check.

3.4.SAPS equipment technical characteristics

Taking into account the characteristics of the protected premises, for fire detection, the design provides for the following fire detectors in the buildings:

smoke detectors optoelectronic address-analogue "PIA 34A" (in all rooms, with the exception of rooms with wet processes and ventilation chambers),

"IPR5133A" manual address electrical contact fire detectors (in corridors, on stairs and on escape routes);

Cable links

Loops of the fire alarm in buildings are executed by a cable of the KPSVEV 2h2h0.5 brand which laying is carried out in electrotechnical boxes, in corrugated pipes PVC and pipes.

Fire alarm loops in protected rooms and along routes shall be laid separately from all power cables, lighting cables and wires.

Loops of the automatic warning system about the fire are executed by the KPSVEV 2h2h1.0 cable in a corrugated metal hose.

In case of parallel open laying the distance between cables of fire alarm loops with power and lighting wires shall be not less than 0.5 m.

Distance from cables laid open, directly along building structure elements of the room to places of open storage of combustible materials shall be not less than 0.6m.

Wires and cables shall be laid in accordance with PUE99, SNIP III -3376 and taking into account the requirements of NPB 882003 *.

Power supply

According to PUE and NPB 882003, the installations of the automatic fire alarm system in terms of ensuring the reliability of power supply belong to electric receivers of the first category.

Power supply of all devices of the Automatic Fire Alarm System is made from the redundant power supply "RIP24," which provides the devices operation during the estimated time in standby mode and for at least three hours in alarm mode.

Grounding

Installation of grounding conductors is performed in accordance with the requirements of "Instructions for implementation of the grounding network in electrical installations" SN 10276, manual RD78.145.93. part two, chapter fourteenth .

Grounding or plugging of fire alarm devices is performed from grounding devices with resistance of not more than four ohms.

The grounding circuit shall be provided by the Customer.

Professional and qualification composition of persons working at the facility for maintenance and operation of fire alarms. Description of scheduled operations

Before works, disconnect the device from AC power supply and backup power supply.

All instrumentation shall be checked.

Health, Safety and Environmental Measures

Service of the fire alarm unit is allowed for persons who have passed safety training. Electricians servicing electrical installations shall be provided with protective means that have passed the relevant laboratory tests.

All electrical installation, plant maintenance, periodicity and test methods of protective equipment shall be carried out in compliance with the "Rules for technical operation of electrical installations of consumers" and

"Safety Rules for Operation of Electric Installations of Consumers of the State Energy Supervision."

The designed SAS does not have a negative impact on the environment.

After completion of all installation and adjustment works, employees are obliged to clean the workplace from waste of construction materials and garbage generated during the work.

All equipment used is certified and is environmentally friendly, without direct and indirect impact on the environment.
