Common part. Basis for project development.

The design of the automatic fire alarm installation is based on:

a) of the contract

b) engineering specification;

c) construction drawings submitted by the customer.

When developing the project, the requirements of the following regulatory documents are taken into account:

NPB 882001. Fire fighting and alarm systems. Design Codes and Regulations.;

NPB 10403. Design of fire warning systems for people in buildings and structures.

NPB 16097. The colors are signal. Fire safety signs.

NPB 11003. List of buildings, structures, premises and equipment to be protected by automatic fire extinguishing and automatic fire alarm units.

SNiP 110195. The instruction about an order of development, coordination, a statement and structure of the project documentation;

VSN 5988. Electrical equipment of residential and public buildings.;

VSN 25.6885. Rules for production and acceptance of works. Security and fire alarm systems. Working drawings.

Description and characteristics of the object.

The protected Administrative premises occupy a one-story, separate building at the address: Volgograd Region, Sredneakhtubinsky District, x. Kletsky, st. Sadovaya, 1.

The building of the II degree of fire resistance is made of reinforced concrete blocks. Floor - reinforced concrete. Internal partitions of protected rooms are made of silicate brick. Rooms have natural ventilation.

The total area protected by the automatic fire alarm system and fire warning system is 121.77 m2. The height of the rooms is 2.8 m.

Rooms are telephoned.

3. Technical decisions made in the project.

Fire alarm.

3.1.1. Taking into account the technical characteristics of existing fire detectors and the peculiarities of the controlled rooms, the project used the following equipment:

- detectors of type:

IP 21288 - responding to smoke in the room and installed on the main ceiling of the protected rooms, according to the attached plans for wiring of PS loops;

IPR 5136 (IPR-I) - is designed to send an alarm signal to the fire alarm equipment when a person acts on it, installed on the escape route for people at the exit from the room.

- alerts of type:

"Oriole" - audible warning devices;

"OUTPUT" ("Lightning") - light warning device;

"Beacon-12K" - combined devices of sound and light alarm about a fire.

Fire alarm sensors are combined into 2 loops.

All fire alarm equipment has a certificate of conformity on the line GOST R and fire safety.

The project provides a 10% reserve of fire detectors IP 21288 used at the facility.

3.1.2. As a receiving station, the Granit4 reception and control security and fire protection device was adopted. The device is designed to monitor the condition of fire alarm loops and issue alarm notifications about the violation of loops and the operation of detectors.

3.1.3. In case of fire in protected rooms, one or more detectors are activated and the signal is transmitted to the "Granit4" device, which generates a fire signal indicating the area number (loop). The output of fire information is transmitted in the form of sound and light signals to the remote combined device of sound and light signalling "Mayak12K," to the device of sound warning about fire "Oriolga" and "OUTPUT" indicator. It is possible to send a fire signal with the participation of a person by means of an IPRI detector installed on the evacuation route.

Alerting system.

3.2.1. In accordance with NPB 10403, the project provides for a fire warning system for people of type 2 (determined by Tables 1 and 2).

The system includes: siren "Oriole" - 90 dB, installed according to CO equipment layout plans and providing audibility in all rooms; "EXIT" light indicator installed above the doors according to CO equipment layout plans. The built-in PPKOP "Granit4" annunciator, as well as the remote combined device of sound and light signalling "Mayak12K" are also used for audio warning.

3.2.2. When sensors operate in the fire alarm loop, the device outputs a signal to the warning system for actuation: sound alert "Oriolga," built-in annunciators PPKOP "Granit4," light indicator "OUTPUT" and combined sound and light alarm device "Mayak12K."

Equipment placement.

The device PPKOP "Granit4" is installed in the office of specialists No. 3, which has natural and artificial lighting. The room is telephoned.

Power supply.

According to the degree of reliability of power supply, the fire alarm system belongs to the 1st category. As a backup power supply, the 12V, 7AC battery built into the Granit4 device is used, which provides power to the alarm system in standby mode for 24 hour and in the Fire mode for at least 3 hours.

Power supply of "Granit4" device from 220V electrical panel. Grounding of "Granit4" device is not provided for by its passport data (plastic housing).

Ecology.

The works on the equipment of the Administrative Premises with automatic fire alarm and warning system are related to environmentally friendly production. All equipment and materials used are environmentally friendly.
