Conclusion

As a result of the design of the electromechanical system, the following was performed:

4A100L8Y3 motor and tachogenerator TP501001 were selected for the specified power required for the operation of the production mechanism.

Next, an EMC kinematic scheme was developed consisting of a selected electric motor, a cylindrical single-stage reduction gear with a gear ratio of 1.3 to provide the necessary rotation speed of the production mechanism, a coupling connecting the output shaft of the engine and the input shaft of the reduction gear and tachogenerator. The assembly drawing EMS is submitted on the drawing of APEMS 00.00.00 of SB.

Then the systems were simulated, as a result of which transient graphs were obtained, the mechanical characteristics of the engine and adjustment characteristics were built.

The results of the simulation and the algorithm of the modeling program are presented in the drawing APEMS 00.00.00 I.

An electrical circuit diagram was developed, for which a converter was selected and all connections were made in accordance with the operating manual. The diagram is shown in the drawing APEMS 00.00.00 E3.
