Description
The project develops architectural and structural solutions of a 9-storey residential building, taking into account the dimensions of the building, materials, construction area and basic regulatory requirements.
The place of construction is the city of Kursk.
Multi-storey buildings have functional, constructive, aesthetic, architectural, artistic and economic requirements. In addition to these requirements, attention is drawn to improvements in the layout of apartments, design methodology, requirements for safe fire evacuation, as well as the layout of communications.
The aim of the project is to obtain architectural skills and design skills on the example of space-planning and constructive solutions of a public building.

In this course project, a project of a 9-story residential building was developed. The project is designed in accordance with the design assignment. The space planning and structural solutions of the building comply with the requirements of the regulatory documentation for the design of public buildings and take into account the requirements of the ESKD and SPDS.
Introduction
The project develops architectural and structural solutions for a 9-storey residential building, taking into account the dimensions of the building, materials, the construction district and basic regulatory requirements.
The place of construction is the city of Kursk .
Multi-storey buildings are subject to functional, structural, aesthetic, architectural, artistic and economic requirements. In addition to these requirements, attention is drawn to the improvement in the layout of apartments, the design methodology, the requirements of a safe fire evacuation, as well as the layout of communications.
The purpose of the project is to obtain architectural and design skills using the example of volumetric planning and structural solutions of a public building.
Urban planning plan of the site
The building of a residential building is located in a residential microdistrict on a plot free from development. The dimensions of the building in axes are 14.4x24.1 m. The plot plan of the site was developed taking into account a number of requirements and conditions.
Inside the microdistrict, a place is provided for household needs, sports and recreation. The adult recreation area and the children's playground are separate. The sites are diverse in their layout and shape. To isolate the sites along their perimeter, dense planting of trees and shrubs was carried out.
Thus, on the territory of the site there is a landscaped courtyard, a playground, an adult recreation area, a dryer, as well as a parking lot for cars. A 4.7 m wide passage is provided for the building.
Pedestrian alleys have a rectilinear regular layout, their width is 2.5 m. The width of pedestrian walking paths is 1.5 m. For pedestrian traffic near buildings, we design sidewalks - driveways that allow occasional traffic. The minimum width of the sidewalk is 2.75m. To create good sanitary and hygienic conditions, green spaces are arranged on the territory of the site.
Landscaping of the territory is carried out by planting various types of coniferous and deciduous trees, lawns, as well as shrubs with a dense and rare crown.
Driveways, paving. Sidewalks, footpaths are lined with paving tiles.
When designing the general plan, SNiP 2.07.0189 * "Urban Planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements. Also, under the master plan, there is a wind rose built for the city of Kursk according to SNiP 2.01.0182 "Construction climatology and geophysics."
Building engineering equipment
Water supply - domestic, from the external network, design head at the base of 35.0 m.
Sewerage - household in the city network, internal water drain with release to the pavement.
Heating - central water with steel convectors of the Accord type, coolant temperature 105... 70 ° С.
Ventilation is natural.
Hot water supply - from the external network, design head at the base of risers 39.0 m.
Gas supply - from the external network to the cookers.
Power supply - from external network, voltage 380/220 V.
Lighting - filament lamps.
Communication device - telephony, radio broadcasting, collective television antennas.
Lifting devices:
passenger elevator: lifting capacity - 400 kg.
Fire Safety
According to SNiP 2.01.02. - 85, columns with fire resistance rating of 0.45 can be used in buildings 3a of fire resistance degree of industrial purpose.
Construction materials of bearing structures for fire hazard are characterized by the following fire characteristics:
- flammability - NG (non-combustible);
- flammability - B1 (hardly flammable);
- by smoke-forming capacity - D1 (with low smoke-forming capacity);
- by toxicity of combustion products - T1 (low-hazard);
Building structures of the building are characterized by fire resistance limit (in minutes) and fire hazard. In buildings of the 3rd degree of fire resistance, the fire resistance limit is:
- structural elements of the building (columns) - R45; trusses - R15;
- links - R45.
Class of constructive fire hazard for this building - WITH, classes of fire hazard of a design to.B the building are present personal protection equipment from fire - fire extinguishers. Escape doors open towards the exit. Stairways are used for evacuation. Stairways are designed in internal load-bearing walls. A fire passage is organized around the building.
Structural, space-planning and engineering solutions of the building provide in case of fire:
1) evacuation of people to a safe zone before causing harm to their life and health due to the effects of dangerous fire factors;
2) the possibility of carrying out measures to save people;
3) possibility of access of personnel of fire protection units and delivery of fire extinguishing equipment to any premises of buildings, structures and structures;
4) the possibility of supplying fire extinguishing substances to the fire center;
5) fire non-proliferation on neighboring buildings, structures and structures.
Notify people about the fire, manage the evacuation of people and ensure their safe evacuation in case of a fire in the store by sending light, sound signals to all rooms with a permanent or temporary stay of people, and placing and ensuring the lighting of fire safety signs on the escape routes for a standard time.
A fire alarm is installed in the building.
