Additional information
1.1.1 General characteristics of the designed building
The designed building is a five-story panel residential building, the purpose of the building is residential.
The outer walls are made of a panel with insulation from mineral wool, the thickness of the insulation is accepted according to the heat engineering calculation - 150 mm. The thickness of the inner bearing layer is 100 mm. Outer finishing layer - 70 mm.
Natural illumination is carried out using window openings.
The structural diagram of the building is arceless with transverse and longitudinal bearing walls.
Volumetric planning solution:
The configuration of the building is a five-story building with a floor height of 2900 mm; building in plan 16200x12300 mm, 17870 mm high. Engineering equipment: sewerage, water supply, heating, electricity.
Calculation of stairs
Tread - 300 mm;
Riser - 150 mm.
Nat = 2900 (march height)
2900:2=1450mm
1450:150=10
10-9 = 9 (steps)
Design Solutions
1.3.1 Foundation
The foundation is an underground part of the building that receives a load from overlying structures and transfers it to the ground or base.
Foundation depth elevation: - 2950 mm. The ground level is at elevation 950mm. Foundation-pile. Waterproofing is made of bitumen mastic material; The preparation is made of crushed stone with 100 mm thick concrete spillage.
1.3.3 Partitions
Partitions - refers to vertical non-supporting enclosing structures that separate adjacent rooms. Supports for partitions are bearing elements of floors.
In this design the partitions are made of 80 mm thick concrete.
1.3.4 Windows
Windows are vertical translucent fences designed for natural lighting and space ventilation.
The windows are selected according to the areas of the illuminated rooms. The window material is polyvinyl chloride. Windows are installed at a height of 900 mm from the level of the clean floor. Aeration of rooms is performed through opening windows.
1.3.7 Ladder
A staircase is a structural structural element of a building that serves for messages between floors. The staircase consists of a flight of stairs and a landing. The material is reinforced concrete. Metal railing with wooden handrails 900 mm high.
1.3.8 Roof
Roof - the final part of the building, designed to protect the structures and premises of the building from external influence.
The roof is a waterproof roof shell.
The building has a roof with a slope = 18˚. Roof consists of inclined planes.
Roof Composition:
Metal cutter 25mm;
Lattice 100x32, pitch 350mm;
Wind protective film;
Rafter leg 75x200mm;
Roof-internal drainage is organized.
1.3.9 Backlash
Concrete monolithic slab on sand preparation laid along perimeter of external walls. Width 1000 mm. The pavement is laid to a depth of 30 mm.
1.3.10 Internal structural walls
The walls of the building are designed to protect and protect against environmental influences and transfer loads from the above structures to the foundation.
Internal bearing walls made of light concrete 160mm.
