Description of the microdistrict.

The building is located in the city of Volgograd. The quarter provides for the presence of 3-17-story multi-apartment panel residential buildings, 2 of which are existing, and the third is designed; one car park for 52 places. Also in the quarter there is one playground, a kindergarten, a dog walking ground, a tennis court, a school, a highway with a width of 8 m.

Space Planning Solution

The total height of the section (by parapet) is 51.00 m, the length is 24.90 m, the maximum width is 14.40 m. The floor height is 2.8 m. The zero elevation of the building is at an altitude of 0.90 m from the ground level.

On each floor there are 2 three-room apartments (living area 44.8 sq.m., total area 73.6 sq.m.), 2 one-room apartments (living area 18.7 sq.m., total area 37.6 sq.m.). In three-bedroom apartments there are two balconies with an area of ​ ​ 5.2 m2 and 3.9 m2, in one-bedroom apartments there is one balcony with an area of ​ ​ 4 m2.

Constructive solution

The thickness of the outer walls (three-layer slab of railway structure, mineral wool slab, ceramic titanium concrete) is 380 mm in heat calculation. The exterior walls are structural. Internal structural (prefabricated railway panels) walls - 200 mm, partitions (prefabricated railway panels) - 120 mm. Bathrooms - voluminous railway sanbines measuring 2870 * 1680mm in three-room apartments and 2380 * 1880 mm in one-room apartments (with a wall thickness of 80 mm).

Balconies - prefabricated railway slabs PP2136, PP-16-36, PP2036, fencing 0.9 m high with reinforced cement slabs.

The team stairs - from two railway marches and two platforms PP1224 and PP2124. Height of riser 156 mm, tread width 300 mm. The width of the flight of stairs is 1 m.

Fencing - from finished metal elements.

Elevator shaft - railway blocks. Elevator shaft dimensions: 1600 * 4200 mm.

The diameter of the garbage duct is 600 mm.

Windows with dimensions of 1500 * 1500. 1500 * 900 mm. Entrance doors 750 * 2300 mm, balcony doors and bathrooms 700 * 2100 mm.

The foundation is tape. The foundation depth is -2.80 m, foundation cushions F2414, F-12-14, F-9-14 were used.

External basement panels are single-layer.

The structural system of the building is cross-wall, therefore, continuous slabs with a thickness of 160 mm are used for overlapping: PP 3648, PP 3654 ,

PP 3660, PP 3657, PP 1836, PP 1857, PP 1839, PP 1845, PP 15-36

The roof is rolled. Grade 1%.

Finishing materials

The floor of the basement consists of concrete preparation, adhesive waterproofing, cement cloth bracing.

The floor of the first floor consists of: railway slab, pergamine, mineral wool slab, gypsum concrete slab, linoleum on mastic.

Floor of typical floors: railway slab, gypsum concrete slab, linoleum on mastic.

The floor of the attic consists of a railway plate, a DSP, two layers of toll, lime-clay grease.

Roof: roof slab with insulation, two layers of toll, DSP, 4-layer breeze carpet, layer of cold mastic. Metal parapets and water collection funnels are installed on the roof.

Interior trim:

In rooms and hallways - wallpaper, in bathrooms and bathrooms - ceramic tiles, in kitchens - wallpaper with decoration of the working front with ceramic tiles

In residential rooms, the floor is covered with linoleum. In the apartment corridors, stairwell and elevator hall lies ceramic tiles.
