Introduction

The erection of buildings, structures and other construction objects is allowed only on the basis of preliminary developed decisions on the organization and technology of work, which should be adopted in the construction organization project (PIC) and the work execution project (PPR). The composition and content of design solutions and documentation in PIC and PPM are determined depending on the type of construction and complexity of the facility in accordance with the instructions of SNiP 3.01.0185.

A course project is being carried out on the development of technology for the construction of a multi-storey residential building, the design of which was carried out on the basis of unified overall schemes of prefabricated large-panel elements. The purpose of the work is to learn how to develop Job Instructions for construction processes. Such maps are generally a set of process drawings, calculations and explanatory notes with feasibility studies for selecting the most rational basic solution according to a predetermined optimality criterion.

Space Planning Solution

The total height of the section (according to the parapet) is 53.32 m, the length is 70.8 m, the maximum width is 19.9 m. The floor height is 3.04 m. The zero elevation of the building is at an altitude of 1.15 m from the ground level.

On each floor there are 6 three-room apartments (residential area 56.3 sq.m., total area 74.5 sq.m. and 58.3/70.7), 4 one-room apartments (residential area 20.0 sq.m., total area 32.4 sq.m.) and 2 two-room apartments (residential area 58.1 sq.m., total area 70.5 sq.m.). In the apartments of the balcony with an area of ​ ​ 4.3 m2. The total residential area of ​ ​ one house: 714 sq.m.

The attic is warm, the minimum height of the attic is 1.68 m.

The basement is cold, the height of the basement is 2.43 m.

For special categories of citizens there are metal ramps with a slope of 1:10. At the edges of the ramp is equipped with handrails with a height of 0.9 m.

The complete assembly method of erection is based on the use of pre-made elements, from which the house is completely assembled on the construction site. The preliminary manufacture of structural elements becomes meaningful if they are used many times, if their significant circulation is assumed. Therefore, this method formed the basis of mass housing construction. In our country, a huge network of house-building plants (DSK) has been created for its implementation. Their activities are ensured by the application of model projects.

The structure of the method of erection of buildings from prefabricated elements consists of the following stages:

1. Organization of installation processes;

2. Mechanization of installation processes;

3. Methods of installation processes execution.

Installation of the structure is an industrial mechanized complex process of erecting buildings and structures from finished prefabricated structures or their elements. The higher the factory readiness of the structure, the less labor and time are spent on the construction site to erect the construction site.

The actual installation processes are: slinging, lifting, installation, alignment and temporary fixation of structures, protection of individual parts and joints of the structure, final fixation.

The design provides for the installation of the following structures: external wall panels, internal wall panels, stairways, elevator shafts, ventilation channels, sanitary cabins, floor slabs, roof slabs, etc.

The sequence of installation of elements shall ensure stability and geometric stability of structures during installation.

The structures are pre-laid in the crane maintenance area, in a position that ensures the integrity of the structures and the convenience of its slinging: this is either a transport or design position. Layout of structures shall allow to mount them without change of crane boom departure, since handling of boom with load is dangerous.

It shall be borne in mind that the following conditions shall be met when supplying structures for installation from vehicles:

rhythmic supply of transport;

process sequence of elements installation;

readiness of structures for installation;

readiness of structures installation sites;

Minimum amount of tooling

stock of small elements.

At the same time, a transportation and installation schedule must be drawn up, in which the building is divided into process, supply and flight sets and the dates of their receipt for installation are indicated. Transportation and installation schedules shall be located at the same time with installers, manufacturers of structures and transporters.
