Introduction

The heating and ventilation section of this project is made taking into account the following requirements:

Main Ventilation Solutions

Calculation of air exchanges

Air exchanges were calculated for the premises in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory literature. The amount of supply air in the billiards room, the play room and the karaoke bar is accepted in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.04.0591 * att. 19 for 60, 60 and 20 m3/h per 1 person, respectively. The maximum number of visitors according to the assignment: 30 people for a billiard room, 20 for a karaoke bar and 24 for a gaming hall.

Description of the adopted technical solutions

To create regulated sanitary and hygienic conditions, supply and supply systems with mechanical and natural motivation have been designed (see "Table of air exchanges").

Individual supply and supply systems are designed for each room.

Ventilation equipment is arranged on roof and in space of set ceiling.

Heating of air is carried out by channel electric heaters located in a set ceiling of rooms.

The following ventilation systems are provided for the room:

B1, B2, P1 - billiard;

B3, P2 - karaoke bar;

B4, P3 - game hall.

Exhaust holes of exhaust systems are located at a distance in plan of ≥10 meters from the place of air intake for plenum ventilation.

Total heat consumption for heat supply of heaters 55.2 kW.

Used materials for ducts, piping, thermal insulation, installation

Ventilation equipment is designed for domestic manufacture.

Air ducts are made of galvanized steel according to GOST 1491880, thickness, depending on cross section.

Air distribution grilles are used domestic (PB1) with guide horizontal blinds, diffusers - imported (DVSP, DVSC).

Channel electric heaters are equipped with control panel of supply air heating temperature by controller from channel sensor located inside air duct.

Installation of systems shall be carried out in accordance with SNiP 2.05.0185 "Internal Sanitary and Technical Systems," SNiP 12042002 "Labor Safety in Construction. Part 2. Construction production. "

Heating Solutions

The room heating system is designed with electric heating devices.

The total thermal load of the premises is 6.51 kW.

Electric convectors "Thermor" Electronic with electronic thermostat are provided as heating devices. Convectors allow you to control the temperature with an accuracy of 0.1 ° C, equipped with an overheating protection system.

Heating devices are installed at the time of the heating period near the enclosing structures on their own fasteners.

Noise and

vibration control measures

To combat the spread of aerodynamic and mechanical noise in the premises arising from the operation of ventilation and air conditioning equipment, the following measures are provided:

ventilation units are attached to structures through rubber inserts;

air ducts are connected to fans using flexible inserts;

accepted air speeds in ventilation systems are not more than permissible;

fan operation is selected in maximum efficiency mode;

fans of plenum systems P1 and P3 are covered with sound-insulating casings;

ventilation systems have silencers.
