The module of automated milk reception is a type of food technological equipment and is designed to organize the reception of milk and liquid dairy products at dairy enterprises. The receiving module degasses, quantifies and pumps raw milk for intermediate storage or further processing.

The scope of application of the milk receiving station is:

- automation of the processes of acceptance of dairy raw materials and organization of its accounting at food industry enterprises;

- Pumping of received milk from tanker trucks to receiving tanks.

The automated receiving unit ensures compliance with the technology of milk reception and guarantees the preservation of all the nutritional properties of the initial dairy raw materials and the improvement of the quality of the product due to its deaeration.
