Description
Well pumps are designed to pump liquids from oil wells with a water content of up to 99%, a temperature of no more than 130 °C, a hydrogen sulfide content of no more than 50 mg/l, and a water mineralization of no more than 10 g/l.
Well pumps have a vertical single-action design with a fixed cylinder, a movable metal plunger, and ball valves. The pumps are lowered into the well on rods and tubing. The following types of well pumps are distinguished:
