1.1. Solution of facility water supply scheme
General Plan. The water supply network, which includes pipelines for entry into the building, must have a minimum length. Pipelines for water supply shall be laid at a distance of at least 3 m from the foundation of the building and other parallel communications. The hatch of the city water supply well (KHV) has a diameter of 700 mm. The elevation of the layout is selected arbitrarily from among the contours on the plot plan of the section, we take 114.5 m.
The plan of the first floor shows projections of water risers with their numbering St B11, St B12, etc. (total 8 risers), access to sanitary devices. The basement plan depicts a water main, access to risers and places of installation of watering cranes (2 cranes (one per section): from the side of the facade and courtyard in the niches of the walls from the outside of the building at a height of 0.35 m of pavement). Water mains material - galvanized steel, diameter is determined by calculation. The diameter of the watering cranes is taken as 20 or 25 mm, I accept 25 mm.
Design of internal house and yard water disposal system
Solution of object drainage scheme
The plot plan of the section shows a gravity drainage network, which includes sewage outlets from the building, a courtyard network of ceramic pipes with a diameter of 150 mm, inspection wells KK11, KK1-2, a rotary well KP, a control tank and a KGK city sewerage well. Yard drainage network with wells installed on it shall be laid at a distance of at least 3 m from the building foundation and other parallel communications. The control well is installed 2 m from the red building line on the side of the courtyard.
The plan of the first floor shows projections of drainage risers with a diameter of 100 mm with their numbering (St K11, St K12,..., St K14) and discharge pipelines (with a diameter of 50 mm).
The basement plan shows projections of drainage risers, exhaust pipelines with brushes near the external walls of the building. The outlet diameter is assumed to be equal to the riser diameter (100 mm) if the outlet serves one riser. With two or more risers, the diameter of the outlet is taken to be 150 mm.
