Additional information

Explanatory Note

1. The working design of the automated control and dispatching system has been developed in accordance with the current norms, rules and standards.

2. This volume provides for the creation of an automated system for recording water consumption and thermal energy.

3. Work shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the following documents:

"Electrical Installation Rules"

SNiP 3.05.0785 "Automation Systems";

GOST 24.10485 "Automated control systems. General requirements ";

GOST 24.10384 "Automated control systems. Basic Provisions ";

GOST 24.70385 "Typical design solutions in ACS. Basic Provisions ";

GOST 34.60392 "Types of tests of automated systems";

GOST 34.60289 "Technical Assignment for the Creation of an Automated System";

GOST 34.60190 "Automated systems. Stages of creation. "

4. Purpose of the system.

The system is designed to automatically record the consumption of thermal energy, hot and cold water in residential and public premises of the building. The information is stored in the local accounting board and/or transmitted via the communication line to the central control room of the complex of buildings.

5. Composition of the system.

The system includes the following devices:

- Primary converters: hot and cold water flow meters with pulse output of "dry contact" type (considered in water supply design);

- Devices with electrical converters and digital computers: thermal energy meters with RS485 interface (considered in the heating and heat supply design);

- DRC cabinets manufactured by Prosoft Systems, containing the ECOM3000 series controller with built-in discrete signal input modules or containing remote discrete signal input modules;

- RS485/Ethernet remote interface converter to connect the ECOM3000 controller to the structured cable network of the quarter.

6. Location of equipment on site. Installation works.

The SHUSPD 1.1 cabinet, containing the ECOM3000 controller and the main pool of discrete inputs, is located in the ventilation chamber No. 5. Place the cabinet on the capital wall. Since the height of the cabinet is 1200 mm, its lower boundary must be at a height of 500700 mm from the finishing floor.

The remote module DAS16DDR485, which is part of the PSMSD 1.2 set, should be placed in the metal box IP42, measuring 300x400x200mm in room No. 54. Hang the box on a wall that does not contain water pipes at a height of 1200 mm from the finishing floor. To the right of the box, in the immediate vicinity of it, place the redundant power supply of RIP24 (refer to Fig. 03 )

Remote modules DAS16DDR485 and DAS16DAR485 included in the PSMC 1.3 set shall be placed in the IP42 metal box measuring 400x500x200mm in room No. 60. Also hang the box on a wall that does not contain water pipes at a height of 1200 mm from the finishing floor. To the right of the box, in the immediate vicinity of it, place the redundant power supply of RIP24 (refer to Fig. 03 )

The RS485/Ethernet converter MOXA NPort 5130 is located in the adjacent building in the control room in close proximity to the existing Ethernetswitch.

Heat meters KM-5-1 shall be placed in accordance with standard installation manual. In order to avoid incorrect heat count, the meter flowmeter shall be installed at the upstream hot water stream or at the lower point at the horizontal installation. ATTENTION! To add counters to the configuration of the Ecom3000 DRC, you must order the DRC with a pre-installed device driver (if the driver is not ordered, it will need to be purchased from the DRC manufacturer).

To place BPi3v power supplies of counters of heat on ITP wall in close proximity to the respective platform calculator.

To place the temperature sensors which are included in the package of delivery of KM-5-1 in the corresponding sleeves on direct and return pipelines. Lubricate the sensor tip (2-3 cm from the rod end) with heat-conducting paste KTP8 or similar before dipping into the sleeve.

Cable lines between the following process rooms:

- ventilation chamber 5,

- room No. 13,

- room No. 54,

- room No. 56,

- Rooms Nos. 60 and 61,

be laid in existing metal trays for low-current cables or in existing inter-floor metal pipes.

Cable lines inside the specified process rooms shall be laid on walls in corrugated PVC-pipe in places preventing cable damage during repair works at the facility.

To avoid damage of fragments of KSPEV cable 2x2x0.64 located in residential premises (apartments), these fragments shall be laid in corrugated PVC pipes along the rough floor at the places of joints of the rough floor with existing capital (brick) walls.

It is allowed to replace the signal cable with the same type with a large section of conductors.

Soldering boxes (CG) are necessary for connection of conductors included in the set of water meters, as well as for intermediate cutting of conductors in floor panels. Attach the unpacking boxes to the walls in the floor panels at the place of the counters location, taking into account the length of the counters conductors. In the boxes, place fragments of nylon terminal strips of 4 terminals .

Use tips to connect conductors to terminals.

In order to protect maintenance personnel from electric shock, all non-current-carrying metal parts of the equipment that are not normally energized, but may be under it as a result of insulation breakdown on the housing, must be grounded.

Protective grounding (ground) resistance must be not more than 4.0 Ohm.
