General Instructions

This set of design documentation of the OPS brand solves the issue of equipment of the warehouse premises with fire alarm equipment.

The automatic fire alarm system is built on the basis of the instrument of the control and security fire Signal20 P.

The following detectors are used to protect the premises in the project:

• manual fire detector IPR3SU,

• smoke fire detector IP 2123SU,

• glass breaking detector Glass-3,

• security optoelectronic detector Photon-Sh,

• security optoelectronic detector Photon-9.

Annunciators are used to alert personnel:

• sound alert Svirel,

• "Exit" light annunciator, permanently activated.

• combined alert Mayak12K.

The automatic fire alarm system is designed to collect, process, transmit, display and record notifications about the status of fire alarm loops, to control the fire automation of the facility.

Signal 20P device is installed in the warehouse room, which monitors alarm loops and generates "Fire" and "Penetration" notifications, with subsequent transmission of these notifications to the control room according to RS485 protocol.

Control of fires in the premises of the facility is carried out by smoke detectors IP 2123SU. Manual fire detectors of IPR3SU near the main exits are provided for delivery of fire messages by the personnel of the Hosorgan in case of visual detection of fires. Fire alarm loops are programmed according to type 2, a break and short circuit of the loop are recognized.

The security alarm is made in the following volume:

- split window - surface sound detector,

- room volume - optoelectronic detectors.

Alarm loops are made according to type 4.

Power supply of the OPS system is carried out in 1 category from the 220 V ~ 50 Hz network through the redundant power supply of RIP12 (12 V). Food of RIP12 is made from an upper lip of the existing knife switch of a YaBPVU box of an outdoor installation via the automatic BA2329 switch (In =10 A, IP54). Power redundancy is provided by built-in battery designed for 24 hours of operation of all elements of the OPS system in standby mode and 3 hours in "Emergency" mode. Calculation of accumulator capacity is given on sheet 7.

The devices shall be drilled in accordance with PUE and requirements of SNiP 3.05.0685 "Electrical devices."

The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other standards applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working drawings.

Installation Instructions

1. Installation and connection of equipment shall be performed in accordance with instructions of manufacturers, RD 78.14593 and sheets of 2.. 4 of this documentation.

2. Route the cable and wire lines in the metal box f10 mm by attaching on the steel wire f2 mm under the ceiling.

3. Resistors P = 0.25V, R = 4.7kOhm shall be installed at the end of signal loops of PKPOP Signal20P .

4. Connect the manual fire detector according to the principle of thermal sensor simulation with resistance of 8.2 kOhm.

5. Lay fire alarm loops with KSPV 2x0.5 cable, security loops with current-consuming detectors with KSPV 4x0.5 cable.

6. Tuning of equipment and commissioning of each item and complex as a whole shall be performed in accordance with the instructions of the relevant manufacturers documentation.

7. Install "Signal20P" instrument of manual PIs on the wall at a height of 1.5 m from the floor level to the controls.
