Description

Vacuum bread cooler includes vacuum chamber, moisture condenser, vacuum pump, valve system and electric contact vacuum meter. The vacuum pump capacity of 8-10 m3/min provides negative pressure in the vacuum chamber of 0.94-0.96 kgf/cm2. Moisture condenser provides cooling of water supplied to it not higher than 15 ° С.
