Description
The device consists of two external posts made of pipe 89mm of diameter, which are the main supports of the support, corners are welded from below to this pipe, which mainly gives stability to this support. Also in these pipes there are 3 holes with a diameter of 12mm for a distance of 50mm. External posts include internal ones with a diameter of 76 mm and respectively having holes with a diameter of 12 mm. To the top of the internal pipes is welded a patch made of a standard channel (trimmed to size). Holes
in inner and outer struts serve for fixation and adjustment of strut height
. An outer pipe with a diameter of 89 mm is welded to the left post with holes for fixing and adjusting the width of the post, since a pipe with a diameter of 76mm entering the outer pipe and fixing with a finger is welded to the right post.
The work consists in the following setting the required width of the support by removing the fixing finger by extending or retracting the internal pipe and then fixing the finger. We adjust the height of the stand by extending or behind the movement of the inner stand. Thus,
with the help of this stand, we can reduce the time and material for the manufacture of supports of different heights and citrines.
The operation of this device is convenient and simple, does not require a large number of machine operators. This
device is easy to construct and can be manufactured under conditions
