Description

The body of the universal platform of the model 13-491 is extended by 5 m, as a result of which the floor area increased by 40%, the coefficient of use of load capacity increased (to 0.8 instead of 0.5) and the cost of cargo transportation decreased. The body of the elongated platform is equipped with 14 side sides (7 on each side). Its frame (Fig. 3) is significantly strengthened. The ridge beam 8 is welded from two I-beams No. 90, interconnected by diaphragms 77 and reinforced by ribs 75, sheets 16 and bent U-shaped profile 18. Side beams 5 are made of I-beams No. 55 of constant height along the length and are framed along the upper outer shelf with a 2-shaped profile 4 No. 6.5. Forest clamps 2 and holders 3 of wedge flaps are welded along side beams. End beams 7 are welded U-shaped, consist of vertical (8 mm), upper (10 mm) and lower (8 mm) horizontal sheets. Brackets 10 are welded to the vertical sheets of the beams, which serve to maintain and create a reliable support for the end sides in the open position. Pivot beams 9 of frame - welded closed box section from two vertical (10 mm) and two horizontal (10 mm) sheets. Slips 72 are welded to the bottom sheet of the beam and Fridays 13 are fixed on bolts. Areas of connection of pivot beams with ridge are reinforced by diaphragms 14. Transverse beams 7 are welded I-beam sections with a shaped vertical sheet (10 mm) for setting the longitudinal beam 6 so that its top is located on the same level as the top of the ridge 8 and the side 5 beams of the frame. Longitudinal beams, serving as additional support for a floor, are executed from the bent Ώ-figurative section of 220×100×5 mm in size. The specialized platform for transporting containers of model 13-470 is characterized by large longitudinal dimensions and does not have sides. Its frame (Fig. 4) on top is equipped with special stops: ten rotary - 21 and four angular fixed - 23, designed to attach typical heavy-duty containers to the lower corner fittings. The rotary stop consists of a panel 26 and two stops 27 rigidly fixed on it. The panel is pivoted on a hinge consisting of a roller 29, support tabs 31 and a hinge 32. In the operating position of the stops, the panel is fixed by the bars 28. The sill beam 14 of the frame is made of two I-beams No. 60 of variable cross-sectional height, covered on top by sheet 3 (400x12 mm) throughout the length of the beam, and also reinforced by strips 6 (150x14 mm) from below in the middle part on a length of 7 m.
