Description
Universal double-spindle head with connecting rod-crank drive, designed to drill vertical holes in various types of parts and allows rearrangement of working spindles in the range from 75 to 210 mm. The head is mounted on the spindle sleeve of the machine. Description: The fixture consists of a common body 1 in which all units of the machine tool are mounted and in which the bodies of the working spindles 7 are installed. A flywheel 3 with a crank pin 4 is fitted on the driving roller 2, which drives the carrier 5. Fingers 19 of carrier 5 are fixed to disks 6, which in turn are connected to cranks 8 of working spindles.
The desired distance between the spindles 10 is set by rotating the housings 7 about the axes of the bores. After turning, the housings are secured by screws 22.
