Introduction

The purpose of the course project is to familiarize with the methodology for analyzing the novelty and effectiveness of the created technical proposals, it should include the following sections: the regulations of research on scientific and technical literature and patent information funds, the results of research on several indicators, the purpose, description of analogues selected for analysis, justification of the prototype, recommendations for its improvement.

The purpose of the work is also to independently solve engineering problems to improve certain types of garage equipment, which makes it possible to consolidate general and practical skills in the search for new technical solutions. Engineering analysis involves making specific recommendations and assumptions on the application, modification or deviation of the options under consideration, as well as justification. The process consists of a number of sequential design and research operations, which are recommended to be carried out in the following order:

determination of operability of selected versions of technical solutions;

definition of physical principles of action;

assessment of advantages and disadvantages, determination of dominant factors, that is, factors that most affect the functioning of equipment;

- determination of the nature of loading, reliability, processability of manufacturing, installation and study of the sorting, mechanical, physicochemical properties of the material, as well as their cost.

The course of the course work, the purpose of which will be to modernize the device for stuffing and de-stuffing of tires, can be conditionally divided into three main flows:

the device must have a high performance index;

speed and quality of operation shall be higher than that of corresponding analogues;

the device according to its ergonomic parameters should be convenient in operation and not be traumatic for repair workers .

In the process of performing the work, or rather after performing the patent search, we will choose one of the devices as a prototype and based on it we will design a new device. The designed device should significantly increase the level of work in the wheel stud.

Purpose and scope of developed equipment

Spike equipment is intended for installation of spikes in pre-prepared holes when tires of cars and trucks are stuffed. A tool for installing studs on a pneumatic drive works or combines pneumatic and electric power. Spike devices are: manual, semi-automatic and automatic. Manual spike is most common, since the price of a spike gun is as affordable as possible. It is possible to buy a shipovalny gun shtokovy (with the core hammering a thorn) or with the pusher. Rod pistols are universal, which allows the use of any type of spikes. Models with a pusher, as a rule, are used to install single-finger spikes, they have more performance and durability. In most cases, the equipment has a working pressure of 7 atm. Manual lining consumes about 100 liters per minute. A semi-automatic tool operating only from a pneumatic drive will require 300500 l/min. The tool for stuffing rubber is often called: a pistol for stuffing, spikes for stuffing tires, equipment for stuffing tires, spike semiautomats, a pneumatic pistol for installing spikes, a pistol for spikes, anti-skid spikes. It is used on tire assembly, during tire repairs, as a tire assembly tool, together with tools for car service, for car stores.

Technical Requirements for Designed Equipment

During the course work, the purpose of which will be the modernization of the tyre error and decontamination device, can be conditionally divided into three main technical requirements for the designed equipment:

the device must have a high performance index;

speed and quality of operation shall be higher than that of corresponding analogues;

the device according to its ergonomic parameters should be convenient in operation and not be traumatic for repair workers .

In the process of performing the work, or rather after performing the patent search, we will choose one of the devices as a prototype and based on it we will design a new device. The developed device should significantly increase the level of work in lining and lining of tires.

Technical Quotation Description

On base - frame 1 there fixed is frame-bed 2 of semi-automatic machine made in the form of somewhat elongated and installed vertically parallelepiped with table top 3 fixed on top with low edge along the whole perimeter of table top. Inside the frame housing, several shelves for tools are 2 fixed and closed with a door, while a noise absorbing lining can be strengthened inside the frame housing.

Two-console bracket 5 with two horizontal cantilevers is fixed on front side of frame housing 2 (relative to operator). On the lower arm of the bracket on the horizontal axis there is a vertically located holder hinged, which can be turned (turned) to the operator by a certain angle for convenient installation on the semi-automatic of the pneumatic tire.

A bushing is installed in the holder, in which another screw bushing is moved vertically up-down by means of a screw connection, which carries a support pin, on the upper spherical surface of which a pneumatic tire is installed with its inner surface.

A bracket is installed on the pin, on which two supporting balls freely rotating in their support elements are installed in two rows parallel to each other, along which a pneumatic tire installed on these balls is rolled (rotated) around the axis of rotation of the tire when it is stuffed.

The bracket can move by a certain amount relative to the spherical end of the pin along the pin axis as required.

Pneumatic drive is fixed on upper arm of bracket to actuate spindle head. Note here that bearing head makes vertical translational-return displacements by preset amount in pneumatic drive to act as peculiar piston relative to pneumatic drive body.

Oriented spikes from the separator of oriented spikes are fed into the bearing head through the accumulator of anti-slip spikes. And with its body the thorn separator is immovably fixed on the post, which, in turn, is immovably fixed on the frame body.

The "analog" pedal is designed to control the operation of the pneumatic distributor.

As an improvement, a pneumatic nozzle was added to spray the lubricating liquid. The wetting fluid is supplied when the spike head is lowered. The sprayed liquid thus wets the three sliding moustaches, the spike and the hole in the tire for the spike. Thus, reduction of force during stuffing is achieved and wear of tire at the place of stud installation is reduced. An improved spike head is shown on the graphic sheet 3.

The demixing can also be carried out with a similar reverse spike head. But having carefully studied the work of such a design, I decided to abandon its introduction into the stand due to the complexity of the design, significant damage to the tire with this method of maintenance and a slight gain in the performance of the method.

Removal is carried out using the stand support by the operator manually using thin teeth of a special shape.

From the separator of oriented spikes through the accumulator, the spikes enter the spike head through a central channel-supply tube fixed in the housing of the spike head. Three projecting walls are made on the housing of the spindle head along the external surface, and two grooves between them are installed along one sealing collar, and thus the spindle head is a kind of piston installed in the housing of the pneumatic drive, and accordingly forms two working cavities for supply of compressed air from the main line to move the head up-down relative to the housing of the pneumatic drive.

A piston with a sealing collar is installed inside the housing (sleeve) of the spindle head, and between this piston and the upper inner end face of the sleeve a working cavity is formed to supply compressed air to it. At the same time, the piston is exposed to compressed air only at the working stroke, and the compression spring performs the reverse stroke of the piston. At working stroke, piston acts through three equally arranged and fixed pistons, compressed air acts only at working stroke, and reverse stroke of piston is performed by compression spring. At working stroke, piston acts through three equi-located and movable in radial direction on piston of anti-slip pin pusher along head axis along end surface "A" of pin, which provides stable and correct installation of studs in seats in pneumatic tire without skew along axis of pin.

In lower part of head pushers are installed movably in three equally located slots in head. On the lower end of the head there are also three equally located cut-off pins and three sliding antennae movably fixed in the slots, and all of them are spring-loaded to the head axis with an elastic rubber ring.

The stud pushers in the upper part are also spring-loaded to the head axis with an elastic rubber ring, and their stable position relative to the head axis fixes (directs) the cone sleeve.
