Typical drawings of non-standardized cable structures

This work is the 4th revised and supplemented edition.

The previous 3rd edition was released in 1986, and has not been reprinted since then.

This work contains drawings of non-standardized structures used for open cabling in cable and manufacturing rooms.

Products and materials used in the manufacture of structures are given in accordance with the nomenclature of manufacturers for 2003.

This edition of the album did not include designs with trays because a wide variety of trays, both in nomenclature and in factories, make it very difficult for manufacturers to unify structures, which makes it unnecessary.

To select trays when creating their route on structures, the album includes the nomenclatures of the most used and recommended types of trays of domestic manufacturers.

All design drawings included in this album have an electronic analogue and are stored in the institute's common local network.

For block cable structures, instead of the traditional corner steel rolled stock, bent steel profiles were used, which allowed to reduce the metal capacity of such structures from 13 to 25%.

Cable structures can be assembled, both from galvanized products (racks, shelves) and painted. Galvanized struts are attached to the base using K1157 brace painted by welding and in this case braces are not taken into account in the design.

Installation of structures in the installation area is carried out in accordance with the drawings of the electrical part design.
