Description
The designed residential building is a two-story rectangular brick building with a plan size of 12.48 x 11.66. The building of the residential building is blocked with a garage for two cars. Under the house and garage is a basement. The height of the premises in the house on all floors is 3.0 m. The height of the garage room is 3.00 m, and the height of the house room in the basement of the garage is 2.7 m. Slabs and coverings in the house and garage are prefabricated reinforced concrete voids. The roof is designed as a rampart on wooden beams with a coating of metal.
