Grid elements are manufactured separately, and during truss concreting they are connected by reinforcement outlets with belt assemblies; joints of reinforcement are welded and then carefully concreted .
Metal plates 200x200x10 mm are installed in the units along the upper belt, to which ribbed coating plates are then welded. Sealing of rod reinforcement outlets of stretched elements in units with stretched concrete shall be not less than 20d or 250 mm, and in compressed concrete by not less than 1215d or 200 mm (here d-larger diameter of longitudinal reinforcement). Total length of reinforcement sealing shall be 35d.
In the end sections of the lower belt, C-1 nets from wire reinforcement of class BpI were delivered. Transverse rods and clamps in all elements and intermediate units are assigned according to design requirements from wire reinforcement with a diameter of 6-8 mm class A-I.
