TS-75 Electrical schematic diagram of the turning-screw machine

The electric equipment of the TS-75 machine is connected to the three-phase AC network in accordance with the versions, the main parameters of which are given in Table 10. Three-phase asynchronous motors are installed on the machine: the main drive Ml, fast movements of the carriage and caliper M2 and the electric cooling pump M3 (see Fig. 32, 33, 34). The following buttons are installed on the carriage: button station SB2, SB3 for starting and stopping the main drive motor. Button SB1 for emergency shutdown of the machine electrical equipment. The limit switch SQ3 is built in the apron handle to control the carriage and caliper movement motor. In the left niche of the rear side of the bed there is a limit switch SQ1 for limiting the idling of the main drive. The opening of the protective casing on the left side of the machine is controlled by the limit switch SQ2. The working place is illuminated by the illuminator EL1 mounted on the carriage. Control cabinet is installed on rear wall of front head. On the outside of the cabinet there are the following controls and indicators: handle of the input circuit breaker QF1 with maximum and independent splitters for connection and disconnection of the machine from the supply network, signal lamp HL1 with a white lens, showing the switched on state of the input circuit breaker QF1 switch SA1 for switching on and off the electric cooling pump load indicator by current PA1, showing the load of the main drive motor as a percentage of the rated current of the device
