Description

Basic data for the proektirovaniyanominalny sizes of a plate in the plan − ln x bn = 4000 h1500 mm. Skins made of FSSF grade V/V plywood according to GOST 3916.1. Longitudinal ribs made of spruce boards of 2nd grade; transverse - 3rd grade according to GOST 8486-86. Glue based on resorcinol and melamine with preliminary mixing of components. Insulation - mineral wool slabs on synthetic binder grade 75 with a thickness of 160 mm with sound= 75 kg/m3 according to GOST 9573-96 (thickness is determined by heat engineering calculation). Insulation - coating bitumen. To prevent atmospheric humidification of panels during transportation and storage, 1 layer of perhamine must be pasted on the top skin of the panel. Roll roof type K-1 as per SP 17.13330.2017 from bitumen-polymer roofing material. Structural solution: 1st layer - "Technoelast KhPP" 3.0 mm thick. It is carried out by free laying of the roll material, with its mechanical attachment, since the fire method of sticking with a burnt base under the water insulation carpet is unacceptable 2-th layer - "Technoelast KhPP" with a thickness of 3.0 mm. Glued by the smelting method of the bitumen-polymer layer.3-th layer - protective, "Technoelast TKP shale" with a thickness of 4.2 mm. It is glued by the smelting method of the bitumen-polymer layer.

Design Input

Nominal plan dimensions of the plate - ln x bn = 4000 x 1500 mm.

FSSF grade V/V plywood cladding as per GOST 3916.1.

Longitudinal ribs of spruce boards of the 2nd grade; transverse - 3rd grade according to GOST 848686.

Resorcinol and melamine based adhesive with preliminary mixing of components.

Insulation - mineral wool slabs on synthetic binder of grade 75 160 mm thick with sound= 75 kg/m3 according to GOST 957396 (thickness is determined by heat engineering calculation).
