Transformer substation 2TP-1000/10/0.4 kV

Description

This project involves the development of a two-transformer substation with a voltage of 10/0.4 kV and a capacity of 1000 kVA in a brick building.

 

The 2TP-1000/10/0.4 kV building includes 2 transformer compartments, 1 high-voltage switchgear room, and 1 low-voltage switchgear room.

A single busbar system sectioned with two disconnectors into two sections is adopted for a voltage of 10 kV.

 

The 10 kV switchgear is equipped with KSO-2-10 cells with load switches on the input and outgoing line cells, with vacuum switches on the lines to 1000 kVA transformers.

 

The input cabinets are equipped with busbar earthing switches. In terms of the capacity of the feeder lines, the project is designed for a current of 630 A. The KSO - 2-10 cells are designed for a thermal withstand current of 20 kA.

A single busbar system, sectioned into two sections by an automatic switch, is adopted for a voltage of 0.4 kV.

 

The busbar sections are fed from power transformers connected to the 0.4 kV panel through automatic switches.

 

The outgoing lines are connected through automatic switches. The busbar sections are connected through an automatic switch. The 0.4 kV panel is equipped with panels of the ЩО-70 type.

 

The reliability of the power supply to the panel sections is ensured by the automatic reserve switching system (ARS), which is part of the RUNN.
