5.4. Technical and auxiliary rooms.

To maintain the temperature parameters of the air in the rooms, the design provides for general supply and supply ventilation with mechanical or natural motivation.

Separate exhaust systems are designed for washing rooms, locker rooms, etc.

Air inflow and removal is carried out by adjustable ventilation devices installed in the upper area of the premises.

The plenum ventilation system of the garage premises is not provided in accordance with the Customer's private technical assignment.

The air exchange rate in the hot shop room corresponds to the Customer's private Technical Assignment.

The organized inflow for the premises of the classrooms and the cafe dining room is carried out by a centralized plenum system P1/B1 supplying treated outdoor air in the amount required by sanitary standards.

Air is removed directly from the treated rooms. Air flow from the contaminated area (hot shop) to the clean (dining room) does not occur.

Air inflow and removal of general ventilation is performed by adjustable ventilation grids or diffusers installed in the upper area of the premises. The ventilation equipment is GOLD.

GOLD - this is a complete air preparation unit with fans of supply and exhaust air with direct drive; filters, a rotary heat recovery device, as well as a built-in multifunctional automation system that controls the unit using a graphic display (including Russian-language *).

GOLD is a single unit equipped, if necessary, with functional parts, such as a damper and a cooling heat exchanger, mounted in an air duct.

To maintain year-round comfortable temperature parameters in the premises, the installation of the freon compressor condenser unit COOLDX COOL-DX is included in the plenum unit (see plans). The system numbers, the name of the serviced rooms, the characteristics of the envisaged equipment, the supply air costs are presented in Appendix 3 "Characteristics of heating and ventilation equipment." Equipment company SWEGON (Sweden), located in the ventilation chamber of the basement.
