TRAILED FASTENER, TRACTION CALCULATION, REFERENCE REACTIONS, CAPACITY, BUCKET The purpose of the course work is to design the trailed fastener, as well as analysis of its technical and technological parameters. Detailed analysis and study of the principles of operation of the trailed fastener, as well as its design and technical characteristics have been carried out. On the basis of previously known methods, the traction calculation of the machine, the calculation for stability and the determination of productivity were carried out. These calculations will make it possible to make an objective assessment of the capabilities of the trailed scraper, to draw conclusions on its processability and ability to work in specific conditions. The graphic part includes: - drawing of general view of trailed fastener -1 sheet A1; - drawing of ladle -1 sheet A1.

The purpose of the course work is the design of the trailed stapler, as well as the analysis of its technical and technological indicators.

Detailed analysis and study of the principles of operation of the trailed fastener, as well as its design and technical characteristics have been carried out. On the basis of previously known methods, the traction calculation of the machine, the calculation for stability and the determination of productivity were carried out. These calculations will make it possible to make an objective assessment of the capabilities of the trailed scraper, to draw conclusions on its processability and ability to work in specific conditions.

The graphic part includes:

- drawing of general view of trailed fastener - 1 sheet A1;

- bucket drawing -1 sheet A1.

Conclusion

During the course work, we studied the possible designs of the trailed scraper, as well as the classification of scrapers according to various features and parameters. In addition, the main parameters of the trailed stapler were selected and calculated, they were corrected by standard values. We made a traction calculation of a trailed scraper, as a result of which it was found that the traction force developed by the trailed scraper is enough to perform work under given conditions. The control mechanism of the trailed scraper was calculated; determined the force acting on it when accidental loads occur..
