Description

Course project on the discipline of construction and road machines on the topic: "Design of a trailed stapler based on D-697"
There are two drawings and a calculated annotation note, as well as schedules.
The graphic part includes two drawings in format A-1:
1) General view;
2) Working body drawing.
The work was performed in compliance with the ESKD rules in accordance with the rules for issuing design documentation.

Introduction

Machines for construction work are widely used in industrial and civil construction, in agriculture, mining, as well as in the extraction of raw materials for the construction materials industry.

Earth-moving machines develop loose and coherent soils, as well as loose and immerse frozen and rock soils

The scraper is a cyclical earth-moving machine designed for layer-by-layer cutting of soil, transportation of it to the place of laying and unloading to the structure or to the dump. Rational range of longitudinal movement of soil for trailed scrapers up to 700 m and for self-propelled - up to 2 km [9].

Staplers are used in earthworks for the construction of embankments, the arrangement of excavations, and the layout of large areas.

The scraper is a ladle with a front cutting edge fixed on a frame with a pneumatic wheel stroke. The brace bar is connected to a caterpillar tractor or a pneumatic wheeled tractor.

When the ladle is lowered, the leading cutting edge crashes into the ground. During movement, the scraper continuously cuts a layer of soil. The filled ladle is closed by the front flap .

Conclusion

In this course design, a scraper with a bucket capacity of 5 m3 was designed and the following calculations were made based on the available data:

- characteristics of the developed trench;

- selection of basic geometric parameters of ladle;

- traction calculation;

- power calculation;

- performance calculation;

- stability calculation;

- selection of hydraulic motor for ladle unloading mechanism.
