Introduction

Public buildings and structures are intended for institutions of cultural and consumer services of the population and for various types of social activities of people: political, economic, administrative, scientific, etc.

Public buildings and structures represent the material base for a large number of social events. This determines their importance in urban planning and in the construction of rural settlements. The continuous increase in public consumption funds, the expansion of cultural and consumer services for the population and the types of social activities of people lead to an increase in the construction, improvement and creation of new types of public buildings and structures.

It is advisable to place public buildings and structures in cities in the system of so-called public centers: citywide and specialized, residential and industrial areas and recreation areas, as well as public centers of microdistricts.

Public buildings according to their space-planning solutions must fully meet their purpose, provide the necessary amenities for people, operational efficiency, have reasonable and economical structures and high architectural and artistic qualities.

The social significance of public buildings, the originality of spatial solutions distinguish them from mass residential development and determine a special role in the development of populated areas. Public buildings and their complexes are often compositional centers of architectural ensembles, squares, streets, residential areas.

1.1 General characteristics of the construction site

The construction area of Cheboksary belongs to II In the climatic zone, the humidity zone is normal .

The building of the trade and exhibition center belongs to the I class of capital buildings.

External walls - II degree of fire resistance.

The degree of durability is II.

Estimated outside air temperature: the coldest days tx = 35C, the coldest five days tx5 = 32C.

Design temperature of internal air of administrative and household rooms of tv = 18C.

The depth of freezing of soils on the territory of the Chuvash Republic is 1.5 m.

Calculated value of snow cover weight S0 = 2.4 kPa for the IV snow area.

Wind pressure W0 = 0.3 kPa for the II wind area.

Soils of the construction site: clay, loam, sands. Ground water level at elevation -3.2 m from the ground surface.

1.2 Summary of the Master Plan

The building is being built on an area with a calm relief in accordance with the master plan for the development of the district.. The object is located in the central part of the territory, the area of which is 35900 m2. The planning of the territory is carried out in full compliance with SNiP 2.07.0189 "Urban planning. Layout of urban settlements. "

The selection of the site for the construction of the trade and exhibition center is carried out in accordance with the master plan of the quarter. On the territory, asphalt paved paths, green zones on which hardwood and conifer trees are planted at a distance of 5 m from each other, a shrub and an ornamental shrub along the paths.

The relief of the site is flat with a slope in the south-west direction, planned during construction and landscaped within the city territory. Physical and geological processes on the site are not expressed. Improvement of the designed site provides for the construction of asphalt concrete pavement of driveways, platforms and sidewalks.

To ensure sanitary and hygienic conditions, the territory free from construction is landscaped. Various types of fits are used in the project. To enrich the architectural appearance, ordinary planting is carried out. Deciduous trees and flowering perennial shrubs are planted along the paths.

1.3 Space Planning Solution

1.3.1. The technological structure of the shopping center

The designed building sells cars, small motor vehicles, as well as cars and accessories. In addition, thematic exhibitions are periodically held. For the convenience of customers, car registration, motor liability insurance are immediately carried out, legal advice is provided for car owners.

For visitors to the shopping and exhibition center, a restaurant with 100 seats and parking are provided. All listed structural features ensure normal operation of the building.

1.3.2. Volume-planning solution

The designed building has a circular shape in plan with a diameter of 60 m. The height of the building is 21.6 m. The entire building is covered with a reinforced concrete umbrella dome, in the center of which there is an anti-aircraft lamp in the form of a metal dome with a diameter of 12 m.

The trade and exhibition center has three levels. The height of the first level is 4.2 m, the second and third - 3.6 m.

The building has one entrance for visitors, two entrances for cars, as well as two evacuation exits from the first and second floors.

On the first level there is an exhibition and small trading hall, a conference hall, premises of the administration of the trade and exhibition center, a wardrobe, premises of the legal service and security services, as well as men's and women's bathrooms.

On the second floor there are the main trading rooms, offices of managers, a doctor's room, office and auxiliary rooms and bathrooms.

The third floor is used for a restaurant, bar, auxiliary rooms of the restaurant, and for several office rooms.

Communication between floors is carried out using three wide stairs.

Delivery of goods and products to the second and third floors is carried out using a cargo elevator with a carrying capacity of 600 kg.

Temporary storage of non-food goods is carried out in an acquired warehouse. Delivery inside the shopping and exhibition center - in the morning and evening hours, when there are no visitors in the building.

1.4. Constructive solution

The structural diagram of the building is frame.. The framework of the building includes reinforced concrete round columns, girders, monolithic floors and a coating structure.

The load-bearing structures of the building are reinforced concrete columns installed around the circumference of the building with a pitch of 6.3 m. These columns bear the load of the weight of the coating, the overlap and the time loads. Internal columns are loaded only by floor weight and time loads.

Spatial rigidity is ensured by the combined operation of columns, girders, floors and vertical links.

Reinforced concrete umbrella dome through support ring rests on outer row of columns. In turn, a metal dome rests on the reinforced concrete dome. The coating of the metal dome is a panel of honeycomb polycarbonate.

Bases

Pile foundations 10, 6 and 5.5 m long were designed for the trade and exhibition center, a monolithic reinforced pile pile was designed for the pile base. When constructing pile bases for foundations:

improving reliability of foundations operation,

earthworks are reduced,

reduced material consumption,

the ability to work in winter without fear of freezing the soil base,

if the base is soaked, there is no danger of subsidence during subsequent operation.

The negative side of the pile foundation is labour input during piling.

Walls and Partitions

External walls are made of 380 mm thick brick.

The main part of the partitions is made of brick 120 mm thick. In addition, gypsum board boards are used to make partitions.

Stained glass windows - storefronts

Stained glass windows largely determine the degree of comfort in the building and its architectural and artistic solution. Windows and stained glass windows are selected according to GOST, in accordance with the areas of the illuminated rooms. The top of the windows is as close to the ceiling as possible, which provides better lighting in the depths of the room. The basics of stained glass, i.e. boxes and bindings are made of aluminum, which is 2.5-3 times lighter than steel, they are corrosion-resistant and decorative.

Doors and windows

In this diploma project, the dimensions of doors and windows are accepted according to GOST on doors and windows for residential and public buildings. Doors are used both single-floor and double-floor, both open and sliding. The material is polyvinyl chloride. Entrance gate - lifting. All doors and windows are custom-made.

Floors

Floors in public buildings must meet the requirements of strength, resistance to wear, sufficient elasticity, noiselessness, convenience of cleaning. The floor structure is considered as the soundproofing ability of the floor structure plus the soundproofing of the floor structure. Floor covering on the ground floor is made of ceramic tiles, porcelain and carpet. Ceramic tiles, carpet and marble slabs are also laid on the remaining floors. Bracing is made of mortar by expanded clay backfilling, which is a sound-insulating layer.

The positive aspects of these sexes are their hygienicity and noiselessness. The negative aspects are very labor intensive, which also increases the construction period.
