Object characteristic
This section of the project is executed on the basis of the contract No. _ 2ES _ dated 10.01.2006. and in accordance with Item 1 of the Connection Conditions No. 0414993 of the Electric Grid Company and the current regulatory documents PUE, SNiP, GOST, etc.
The reliability category of the facility power supply is III.
The connected power is 120 kVA, with a total of 320kVA.
Tension: BH6 of kV, HH0.4 of kV.
Mode of neutral- with deaf-grounded neutral.
Design solutions
The project has developed the following technical solutions:
1. Dismantling of the existing TCMA power transformer with a capacity of 320 kVA.
2. Installation of 400 kVA TSZ power transformer, Wo11 winding connection diagram, with voltage control 6000 ± 2x2.5%.
3. In RP 0.4 - 6 kV removal of the following existing equipment:
• 0.4 kV bus bridge;
• 0.4 kV inlet switchgear,
• 3x95 6 kV ASBG cable from transformer to 6 kV RP assembly,
• existing 6 kV fuses.
4. In 0.4 kV switchgear installation:
• vvodnoraspredelitelny device 0, 4 kV of UVRM of 1х400 - 1 pieces;
• tire bridge of 0.4 kV of AD31T 80х8 brand;
• security alarm panel,
• end heat shrinkable couplings POLT12D1XIL12A,
• fuses PKT 10268020U3.
5. Execution:
• gaskets from RP kV to power transformers and between them wires APvVng103 (1 10 95) with protective screen of section 35 mm2;
• connection of the installed 1x400 UVRM;
• assembly and installation of the tire bridge from aluminum tires of the AD31T brand section 80х8.
The project was agreed with the Eastern region of the Cable Network of Lenenergo OJSC.
Protective safety measures
To ensure electrical safety, the project provides the following solutions:
1. A protective measure against electric shock is: cladding and armor of the cable; connection of TC electrical equipment to the existing internal grounding circuit, which has metal connection to the external grounding circuit; installation of barriers for protection against approaching electrical installations at a dangerous distance.
2. The project provides a set of basic protective equipment and fire fighting equipment.
Installation Instructions
1. Work shall be carried out in the presence of the master of the network section of the Eastern district of the Constitutional Court.
2. Perform operations after voltage shutdown.
3. Clean cable cores from dried insulation tape and varnish. Remove the tips.
4. Remove the dried top parts of the cable cladding before starting the normal cladding.
5. Press the tips.
6. Lead the zero wire from the transformer neutral to 0.4 kV board by busbar on insulators (PUE para 1.7.61).
7. Lay and connect cable jumpers from CSR chambers to power transformers as per wiring diagram.
8. Erection works shall be performed in accordance with the current requirements of PUE, SNiP 3.05.0685 and Intersectoral Rules for Labor Protection (Safety Rules) during operation of electrical installations.
9. All necessary equipment, cable products and materials are considered in the attached specification and must have the necessary quality certificates and compliance with the standards.
10. Connect the new equipment to the existing grounding loop with a 40x4 mm steel strip. Measure the resistance of the grounding circuit and check its integrity. Grounding loop resistance shall not exceed 4 ohms at any time of the year.
11. All contact connections shall be made with a steel fastener having a protective coating. Copper contacts of electrical devices at the point of connection of aluminum cable shall be made on the whole surface.
