Description

At present, cutting tools with non-penetrable hard alloy plates are increasingly used in machine-building enterprises. The replaceability of the plates leads to a reduction in the number of holders, which reduces the number of tools in circulation by 2-3 times and gives material savings. Turning and changing the plate reduces the auxiliary time. Tools with polyhedral plates have increased resistance, which reduces machine processing time by 25-50%. Using a tool with NSR reduces the consumption of hard alloy.

Introduction

At present, cutting tools with non-penetrable hard alloy plates are increasingly used in machine-building enterprises. The use of tools with polyhedral plates excludes:

Tooltip,

Sharpen and rework them.

This leads to:

a) Absence of internal soldering and sharpening stresses,

b) Reduction of cleaning equipment.

c) Reduced requirement for abrasive circles,

d) Reduction of sharpener staff.

The replaceability of the plates leads to a reduction in the number of holders, which reduces the number of tools in circulation by 2-3 times and gives material savings.

Turning and changing the plate reduces the auxiliary time. Tools with polyhedral plates have increased resistance, which reduces machine processing time by 2550%. Using a tool with NSR reduces the consumption of hard alloy.

Thrust cutter

The required type of replaceable polyhedral plate and its dimensions shall be selected according to the specified part shape, processing type, processed material in accordance with GOST

Analysis of analogues and justification of selection of NSR attachment mechanisms

As a result of the information search, three descriptions for cutter designs were considered. In order to select the anchoring method, we analyze the invention description data.

Since it is necessary to design a cutter with NSR for rough processing, the main task is to increase the rigidity and reliability of fixing the NSR. The accuracy of the positioning of the plate in this case plays a secondary role.

Analogue 1. (Description of the invention to copyright certificate No. 1634374A1. (see annex P1.))

The cutting tool comprises a holder with a longitudinal slot, which is mated with a transverse hole. Cutting plate is installed in seat by means of clamp, end face of which is provided with ledge placed in hole.

To press the plate, the upper part of the clamp and the upper part of the longitudinal slot are made in the form of oppositely directed wedge surfaces. The clamp protrusion is fixed in the transverse hole by a nut, which moves along the thread of the hole along the last or bolt, moves along the thread in the cylindrical protrusion. To prevent displacement, the plate has recesses, and the clamp has a projection.

Advantages: increased reliability of cutting insert attachment

Cutting tool consists of holder, NSR, pin, grip and screw.

Cutting plate is installed in holder seat on pin. At a certain distance from the plate there is a threaded hole for screw twisting. Screw hole is also made in tack. The grip is attached to the holder using a screw. When the screw is twisted, the grip presses on the top and side surfaces of the cutting insert, thereby pressing the NSR against the pin and the support surface of the holder.

The cutting insert is clamped by placing the pin and the cutting insert on the other. Then the grip is twisted and the insert is clamped.

Advantages: good clamping to side and support surfaces

Disadvantages: construction complexity, shift time

Cutting tool comprises holder, movable lining, pin, cutting plate, support element and spring.

On the holder there is a seat in which there is a movable lining. Slot of movable lining interacts with projection of holder. Also on the movable lining there is a projection of the support element. Cylindrical pin is located in holes of movable pad and cutting plate.

Cutting plate is clamped on holder by pressing on movable lining from wide side of slot. Note here that pin presses support element and cutting plate against support wall. As a result, all parts are jammed on the holder.

Cutting plate is expanded by pressing on movable lining from narrow side of slot.

Advantages: Reliability of NSR attachment, change of main angle in plan

Disadvantages: complexity of construction
