Additional information

1.1. Characteristics of the designed object

Object name: Three-section residential building with an underground parking lot for 170 cars.

Location: Eastern administrative district of Moscow: Veshnyakovskaya St. house. Plot with an area of ​ ​ 1.6 hectares.

The nearest metro station "Vykhino" Taganskoraspresnenskaya metro line, is a 15-minute walk away. The nearest highways are Ryazan Avenue, Moscow Ring Road. Railway junction - Vykhino station.

On the designed site it is planned to place a building of varying storeys from 14 to 21 floors with an underground parking lot. Access to the building is provided from the side of Zhemchugovaya Alley and Veshnyakovskaya Street. Entrance to underground parking and guest parking are located to the left of the first section of the house.

Features of the constructive solution:

Structural diagram - reinforced concrete frame.

Floors - monolithic reinforced concrete.

External walls - three-layer self-supporting with brick facing and effective insulation.

Partitions - monolithic reinforced concrete, foam concrete, brick in wet rooms.

Stairs, platforms and marches - monolithic reinforced concrete.

Elevator shafts - monolithic reinforced concrete.

The roof is attic.

The building is planned to accommodate:

on the 1st floor :

- grocery store and office space;

- utility rooms (cleaning equipment rooms, electrical panel, concierge and security rooms, garbage duct).

The residential part of the house is designed from the 2nd to the 21st floor/

Balconies designed on each living floor

• underground garage is designed for 170 cars:

- 100 small-class machines;

- 70 medium and business class cars.

1.3. Plot Plan and Site Arrangement

Master Plan

The planned construction site of a three-section residential building with an underground parking lot is located along Veshnyakovskaya Street in the eastern part of Moscow.

In order to preserve the existing conditions for the separation of human and transport flows, the entrance-exit to the designed building was designed from Veshnyakovskaya Street and Zhemchugovaya Alley. The entrance to the building is located on the side of the streets to the office premises and to the store, the entrance to the residential part is designed from the courtyard, the entrance to the underground garage is located separately from the main part of the house to the left of section-1 .

The master plan provides for the construction of roads, pedestrian sidewalks, open car parks for guest cars, events for the disabled.

Under the conditions of solar insulation, the building is located in the building, taking into account the provision of standard lighting and solar insulation of each room.

Landscaping and landscaping

Improvement of the site is carried out taking into account the improvement of operational qualities of the territory and adjacent areas, improvement of their appearance. Sidewalks near the house are lined with asphalt. The entrances are landscaped with garbage bins, flower vases and flower beds and ramps for the disabled.

Vacant areas adjacent to the building are landscaped.

Accepted forms of plantations: shrub, ordinary lawns, flower beds:

• Trees:

- Common birch - 10pc.

• shrub:

- ordinary lilac - 20 pcs.;

Trees and shrubs are planted like in the ground.

Engineering preparation of the territory includes removal of rain and meltwater by trays near roads to rain-receiving grates of the designed closed drain.

The designed relief, interior driveways and other elements of improvement are solved in connection with the design marks of city driveways and existing urban development.

The location of the residential building, as well as the use of noise protection glazing if necessary, take into account the measures for noise protection of the premises.

1.4. Design Solutions

The designed building has dimensions in axes:

length - 105m; width - 85.600m;

The height of the first floor is 3.6 m., The height of the floors from the second to 21-3 m, the height of the underground parking lot at elevation 3750 3075m.

The total height of the building is 75050 m.

The structural diagram of the building is a frame made of monolithic reinforced concrete.

The rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of columns, pylons and floor discs.

The foundation for the building is a monolithic pedestal on piles, a foundation slab on a natural base with a thickness of 800mm from concrete of strength class B30 and is reinforced with separate reinforcement rods from reinforcement of class AIII or A500C.

Concrete preparation from concrete B7.5 (M100) with thickness of 100mm is performed under the foundation slab, pressure waterproofing of the foundation slab and basement walls (both shell and coating) is also performed.

Column pitch - variable - 7.2x9m, 6.4x9m, 6.2x9m, 6x9m, 7x9m, 5.4x9, 6.8x6m. Section of columns 400x400mm. Internal partitions are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, foam concrete and clay brick. External walls are three-layer self-supporting.

Walls of underground parking are made with insulation from the outside by foam polysterol γ = 40 kg/m3. External walls are made with insulation by mineral wool slabs.

On the external walls of the basement, dressing waterproofing is carried out from 3 layers of hot bitumen mastic under the protection of brickwork.

Slabs - cast-in-situ reinforced concrete with a thickness of 220mm from concrete B25.

Balcony fences - brick.

Stairs: platforms and marches - monolithic reinforced concrete.

Elevator shafts - monolithic reinforced concrete.

Reinforcement of walls and floors - from separate rods.
