A continuous tunnel (slit) steaming chamber has been developed, designed for heat-moisture treatment of reinforced concrete products, including a multi-pillar floor slab protruding during development.

Taking into account the size of the product, mm: 4 180 × 990 × 220, as well as the size of the selected universal car, mm: 6060 × 2 520 × 400, the dimensions of the slot chamber are calculated, m: L = 115; B = 3; H = 1. In this chamber, 18 cars are located along the length of the rail tracks, on which floor plates in the amount of 36 pieces are placed, i.e. two products are laid on one car. This product location allows you to increase the performance of the plant and reduce the heat consumption for processing unused space .

The tunnel chamber is divided along the length into temperature zones: temperature rise (heating), isothermal holding and cooling. Depending on the heat treatment mode for the multi-stop slab, h: 12.0 (3.5 + 6.5 + 2.0), the lengths of each of these zones are calculated. The length of the heating zone is 34 m; isothermal holding zone 62 m; The cooling zone is 19 m. In the heat treatment chamber, the articles should be placed so that the cars are completely located along the length of the temperature zones. In the developed chamber in the zone of heating, isothermal holding, cooling, there are: 5, 10, 3 cars .

Heat balance is performed in course work to determine heat consumption for heat-moisture treatment. The heat balance was drawn up for each period of thermal moisture treatment: heating, isothermal holding and cooling. The specific flow rate of the coolant was calculated, it was: 206 kg/m3.

The following calculations were also made and presented in the explanatory note: material balance of the thermal installation, aerodynamic calculation, hydraulic calculation.

Aerodynamic calculation is aimed at determining parameters of fan operation and selection. According to the thermal balance parameters of the cooling zone, a fan of the VC 1446 6.3 type is selected. The capacity of this centrifugal fan is 7.21 m3/h, the total pressure is 700 n/m2, the rotation speed is 666, 6 rpm, the power of the fan motor is 9.07 kW.

Hydraulic calculation is required to determine pipe diameters based on specified coolant flow rates. Dimeters, m: common steam line - 0, 735; supply steam line - 0.075; perforated pipe - 0.034; steam lines of registers - 0.05; condensate removal - 0.025.

The productivity of the slotted steaming chamber is 16,191 m3/year.
