Description

Condensation single-stage steam turbine K-750-65/3000, without adjustable steam extraction, with a single intermediate steam overheating, is designed to directly drive the alternator TVV-800-2 with a rotor speed of 3000 rpm and to work in the unit with the RBMK-1500 reactor and the second same turbine (the unit consists of two turbines and one reactor).

The turbine is designed for operation at the following nominal parameters:

The turbine has eight unregulated steam bleeds designed to heat the feedwater to a temperature of 185-190 ° C.

In addition to regenerative selections, additional selections are allowed without reducing the rated power.

The turbine blade apparatus is designed and configured for operation at 50 Hz network frequency, which corresponds to the turbine unit rotor speed of 3,000 rpm.

Start-up and subsequent loading of the turbine after shutdown of any duration is allowed.

Turbine design. The turbine is a single-shaft unit consisting of five cylinders according to the scheme: 2LPC + HPC + 2LPC.

Steam from the reactor is supplied via steam lines to two stop and control valves installed on both sides of the HPC. After HPC, steam is sent to separation and intermediate superheating in the four-hull WBS, and then to the LPC and to the condenser.

HPC - double-flow structure. Each stream has six pressure stages. Outer housing of HPC of welded-cast structure, inner housing, in which two stages of both flows are located, is cast structure. HPC rotor - all-forged.

Steam distribution is throttling. Steam is supplied to nozzle apparatuses of both flows from common annular chamber of inner housing. Steam is supplied to the inner housing via two branch pipes. Branch pipes are welded to two stop-and-control valves located on sides of external housing of HPC in its middle part.

LPC housings are welded. They are characterized by great structural and technological rigidity.

LPC - two-flow, in each flow of five stages. The last stage rotor blade length is 1,030 mm. The average diameter of the impeller of the last stage is 2,530 mm. Rotor blades of all stages have peripheral band.

LPC rotor - welded.

LPC fixings are located along the steam starting axes.

Rotor of turbine unit is fixed in axial position by thrust disk, which is located between second LPC and HPC. Each turbine cylinder has two bearing bearings.

Turbine is equipped with hydraulic hoist of rotors and shaft-turning device. The steam supply and suction system from the end labyrinth seals operates automatically and ensures that there are no steam leaks from the seals to the equipment room.
