Description
The theme of the diploma project is the design of a workshop for monumental art casting with a capacity of 60 products per year in the conditions of art and production workshops of KazArtSystem LLP in Astana.
The methods of manufacturing artistic castings are diverse, the most common is the method of artistic investment casting, known since ancient times (wax), the difference from the industrial method of LVM is the use of higher quality wax compositions to obtain thin artistic elements, as well as in the method of manufacturing tooling (according to the master model). This method is used in the manufacture of art products from precious metals, as well as works of small size.
When casting larger art products, such as monumental casting, casting fences, statues, busts, etc., they are performed mainly "in pieces", which requires highly qualified molders, high-quality molding materials, and precise control of the composition of mixtures.
Production of monuments, works of sculpture, religious products, household items, jewelry and other works of art created by casting.
