1.1. Source data.

The project was developed on the basis of the following initial documents:

1.1.1 Engineering specification issued by PROMENERGO LLC

1.1.2. The survey was performed in 2010.

1.2. Design solutions.

1.2.1. The project is based on specification No. 26 of 27.01.10

LLC "PROMENERGO" and provides for temporary power supply of the bridge under construction in the city of Balakovo, Saratov Region, the central part with a total required capacity of 455 kW

1.2.2 Maximum load 455kW

1.2.3. Detailed Drawings are made in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory documents, including:

PUE 7 ed. "Electrical Installation Rules"

-SNiP 3.05.0685 * "Electrical Devices"

1.2.4. For temporary power supply of the bridge construction site, perform the construction of the unsealing from the existing support No. 63 VL10kV feeder No. 3 p/st "Vostochnaya 110/10 kV" to the designed KTPK .

1.2.5 Perform stripping using steel-aluminum non-insulated wire AC70/11 on standard poles SV105. VL10kV route is given on L2; 3; 4 -ES. Install RLNDz400/10 disconnectors on the first stripping and end supports

1.2.6 Crossing of the designed aerial line with existing communications and auto-roads is made in accordance with Gl. 2.4, Gl. 2.5 of PUE 7 of Interferences list See L-5-POS.

1.2.7. In the center of electrical loads of the bridge construction site, install two transformer substations KTPK (VK) 400/10/0.4 and KTPK (VK) 250/10/0.4 with service sites. Data sheets for KTPK are presented on L7; 8ES. The basic diagram of power supply is given on L-6-POS

1.2.8 To account for electric power, install a metering point (CCP) with the electronic meter Mercury 230ART00PRIGDN. See L-6-ES. For serviceability before and after CCP, RLDs400/10 disconnectors shall be installed.

Provide PKU fences according to the standard design 3.0171 (For reference) Refer to L16; 17; 18ES.

1.2.9 Construction and installation works for VL10kV construction shall be carried out by an organization licensed to perform the above mentioned activities and equipped with the necessary construction machines and mechanisms for the performance of work.
