Basis for development of design documentation

Design documentation for the security television system was made on the basis of the Letter of Bashkirgrazhdanproekt CJSC No. ASW dated 24.04.07 and Agreement No. 19.111.1 dated 23.07.2007. When designing, the norms and requirements of regulatory documents in the field of fire safety were taken into account.

2 Brief description of the protected object

The protection of the security television system is subject to the premises of a 7-story 3-section residential building designed in the Soviet district of the urban district of the city of Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

3.1 Purpose of the system.

The security television system is designed to organize complex video surveillance (monitoring the object, recording and viewing events, storing video information) on the protected object according to the design task.

3.2 Main design solutions.

The basis for the security television system is a digital recorder,

namely, ANX16120C: 16-channel television surveillance and registration system on HDD, pentaplex, sound recording (4 channels), 3 out. per monitor (1VGA), 720x576 pc, MJPEG, 400 pps (screen), up to 100 pps (write), up to 4 HDD drives, CDRW, USB, motion detector, telemetry, Ethernet, 220V. As CCTV cameras, the project provides: in the halls, black and white video cameras in the case with the MTV83X10HC built-in lens, on the parking lot (elev.-4.100) and all street video cameras are provided street-made MVK18KS (409) with the built-in lens. The choice of video cameras of these types is due to the need to provide a round-the-clock, high-quality video signal at various levels of illumination, under various weather conditions.

Video surveillance networks are laid in a corrugated pipe - in building structures or a cable channel - under the ceiling.

4 System description

The security television system is performed in accordance with P78.36.00899. Video cameras must be equipped with: access lounges, playground, entrance to the parking lot, entrance to the territory, perimeter of the building.

Main characteristics of ANX-16120C:

• Image multiplexing;

• Pentaplex: recording, playback, search, archiving, duplication (by event/mirroring), simultaneous remote control;

• Archiving: if necessary, you can use an archive from 45HDD, ¼ flash, DVD RAM or CDRW;

• Recording of 4-audio channels;

• Using USB 2.0 - port to connect mouse manipulator, HDDdrive, printer or use for software update;

• Built-in CDRW/DVD RAM feature (in case of additional request for device configuration);

• Two-way transmission of audio data over the network;

• Configurable recording settings: 10 settings/ability to configure device shutdown/schedule for day, week, holidays;

• Recording settings: settings of resolution and compression ratio on each channel individually separate for permanent recording and recording by events;

• Install up to 45 HDD when using external archiving devices

(total capacity up to 22 TB);

• Output to VGAmonitor, compatibility with LCD - monitor in PAL mode;

• Networking: 16 X devices and 16 client locations (up to 16 clients connected simultaneously)

5 Composition and arrangement of elements

The equipment of the security television system includes:

- ANX16120C - digital recorder;

- MTV83X10HC - h/b dome chamber;

- MVK18KS (409) - street performance camera;

- 940N ESB < Silver > - Samsung LCD 19 Monitor;

- SCAT 1200U - 12V/6A uninterruptible power supply;

- SCAT DT 1212 - accumulator;

Video cameras are placed in accordance with the drawings .

6 Installation requirements

Placement and installation of video cameras, selection of wires and cables for connecting lines is carried out in accordance with the specifications for this equipment, according to the diagrams.

Do not:

- place the equipment on soft surfaces and next to the materials, which can lead to blocking of the vents;

Equipment connection is performed by RG6 cable (75 ohms). Power supply line is provided by 2x1.5 PVA cable.

The length of wires and cables during cutting is specified in place.

7 Commissioning Requirements

The system commissioning shall be carried out by qualified personnel in full compliance with the operating manuals for the equipment.
