Description

Flare separators are designed to separate liquid from the gas discharged to the flare. Separators are part of the flare system for the construction of gas and gas condensate fields. Separators are designed for operation in slightly corrosive environments (with H2S content up to 0.001% mole) and corrosive environments (with H2S content up to 70% mole)

 

 

 

Technical requirements

 

1. The product is subject to the supervision of Rostekhnadzor and the action of FNP-116FZ "Federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety".

 

2. Sheet material in the product - 09G2S-8 GOST 5520-79;

 

- fixture of internal devices - steel 12X18H10T;

 

- mating flanges of fittings V, G - steel 13HFA, the rest - steel 09G2S.

 

3.Materials of internal devices:

 

- coagulator - 09G2S-8 GOST 5520-79, mesh sleeve RS-12X18N10T TU 26-02-354-85;

 

- mesh nozzle - 09G2S-8 GOST 5520-79, mesh sleeve RS-12X18N10T TU 26-02-354-85;

 

- chipper - 09G2S-8 GOST 5520-79.

 

4.* Dimensions for reference.

 

5. General tolerances according to GOST 30893.1 - H14, h14, IT14/2.

 

6. Limit deviations for fittings overhang 5 mm.

 

7. Strength factor of welds j=1.

 

8. Prepare the surface of welds and heat-affected zones under control:

 

8.1. Radiographic method - according to GOST 7512-82 p.3.1 and p.3.2.

 

8.2. Ultrasound - according to GOST 14782-86 and clause 5.4 of STO 00220256-005-2005.

 

8.3. Color flaw detection - roughness Ra = 6.3 microns, sinking between the weld beads - 1 mm.

 

9. Control and evaluation of the quality of welds - 100%.

 

9.1. Radiographic control method:

 

- defect class - 3 according to GOST 23055-78.

 

- sensitivity class - 2 according to GOST 7512-82.

 

9.2. Ultrasound - according to GOST 14782-86 and STO 00220256-005-2005.

 

9.3. Color flaw detection:

 

- defectiveness class - 2 according to OST 26-5-99.

 

- sensitivity class - according to GOST 18442-80.

 

10. Heat treat the device. The hardness of the weld and the heat-affected zone is not more than 220 HB.

 

11. Hydraulic pressure test time (see TX) - [1] 30 minutes.

 

12. If the sling devices hit the annular seams of the body, the sling devices can be displaced symmetrically from the center of mass of the apparatus.

 

13. Installation of transport brackets and loading should be carried out in accordance with the scheme for transporting the product.

 

14. Location of brackets for thermal insulation according to GOST 17314-81. If the bracket hits the welded seam of the apparatus body, move it from the edge of the welded seam by a distance of 30 mm.

 

15. Coating of the outer surface of the container: Hempadur Zn 17360 - 1 layer 40 microns, Hempadur Mastik 45880 - 1 layer 150 microns, Hempathane Topcoat 55210/55610 - 1 layer 50 microns. The total thickness of the coating is 240 microns.

 

16. Coating of the inner surface of the container: Hempadur 85671 - 2 layers of 150 microns. The total thickness of the coating is 300 microns.

 

17. To align the lateral position of the apparatus, on the bottom of the housing, apply on the vertical axis 2 control risks at a distance of 800 mm from each other, with red NTs-132P enamel (see drawing).

 

18. On the apparatus from two opposite sides and in the centers of the bottoms, apply a manipulation mark No. 12 "Center of gravity"

 

GOST 14192-96 with PF-115 black enamel, additionally apply the letters "CM". Mark the attachment points of the slings.

 

19. Trademark of the manufacturer, serial number and year of manufacture of the product, mark in font 5-Pr3 GOST 26.008-85 under the attachment point of the nameplate. Circle the place of marking on the product in a frame with NTs-132P enamel (red). Install the plate on a fully finished product.

 

20. At the installation site, by the customer's forces and means, perform thermal insulation of the tank. Insulation materials are not included in the manufacturer's delivery set.

 

21. Other technical requirements;

 

21.1. Welded steel vessels and apparatus - GOST R 52630-2012.

 

21.2. Rules for the design, manufacture and acceptance of steel welded vessels and apparatus - PB 03-584-03.

 

21.3. Capacitive steel devices with a volume of 0.2 to 200 m3 - TU 3615-002-25435667-2011

 

22. All changes associated with a change in the material, dimensions of parts, etc., that do not violate the requirements of GOST R 52630-2012 are reflected in the relevant sections of the vessel passport.

 

23. Ground the product at the installation site in accordance with the "Intersectoral rules for labor protection" POT RM-016-2001 and RD 153-340-03-150-00. Paint the relief of the grounding sign with NTs-132P (red) enamel.
